"curry heaven" could be the title of your cookery book that we all want to buy. Love this new series, thank you Latif.
Fabulous ! Mark
Another banger 😊
Always
MashALLAH I love it want to cook for 100 people
I love Indian food and learning so much from your teaching and really getting into cooking these recipes. You're a real treasure. Thank you
God bless
non stop legendry
As always, amazing.
That looks amazing, and I can only imagine how it tastes!
This looks like a straight banger 🔥! May Allah bless you brother, I'll cook this for the family ASAP.
❤
One of my favourite dishes.... 👌
Mine too
@LatifsInspired - another brilliant recipe! Thanks to you, I'm able to serve up top-notch BIR curries at home. What a boon that's been since moving to Canada, where the local Indian eateries just aren't what we're used to back in Yorkshire! Special request for my wife's favourite dish ahead of our 15-year anniversary: please can you put together a recipe video for a BIR-style pasanda? Thanks, best wishes and keep up the great work!
looks devine❤❤
Great series. Superb 👍
Thank you
Restaurant version of your chicken tikka masala with your new building blocks like the garlic ginger tomato puree etc please👍🤞
Will try
@@LatifsInspired thank you mate i think you said there was a problem with editing on your other video, so a 2023 updated video of your restaurant tikka masala would be greatly appreciated in my household haha. 👍👌
Had this in Corfu so going to have a go myself, it's yum 😁
I made your recipe today and it was great! I look forward to other recipes that are based on base gravy. I find it very usefull to make a curry by using base gravy. Who has the time after work to cook more than a hour?
Keep it going
been following channel for a while now and enjoy your passion for cooking!
Cooked several of your curries for my British neighbors down the street and was told to open my own food truck 🙂.
Made the base gravy and have some in the freezer for the next curry.
Can you do a short for how to pickle the mango? More veg dishes would also be a plus.
Soon
I made your ginger/garlic/coriander , bell peppers and chilli and use it in most of my cooking, not only my curries.
Thank-you , delicious.
Wonderful!
The pot being stirred WOW. Coming to your kitchen. Why not! Even though we are across the pond quite a distance away. I used to live in walking distance from a fabulous Indian restaurant, with two partners who were chefs. They sold their restaurant, and I moved from NYC. Happy memories. Your dish Looks delicious. Lamb is the only meat that I choose to eat. Is it Garam Masala powder? Will have 2buy it. Thank you🧡💫
Your chicken biryani recipe was unreal latif 👌🏽🇵🇸
Masha'allah all your food looks super yum.... Love from South Africa ❤❤
Alhamdulillah
I was never a big fan of Indian food. It was to hot for me, my kids still call me a wimp. Since I can control the heat when I'm cooking I've discovered how nice the food is! I especially enjoy the dishes with lamb. Your video's are great fun!
Would love to see tandoori lamb tikka recipe please
mashallah
Bro, I'd like to see a video on Enda Bhuna, the traditional way please.
Great again as always. By any chance will you be doing a BIR Korma during this series? I miss them so much while here in Australia.
Going to cook this right now, looks amazing 👏. How much Mango pickle would you recommend if using the pataks version? Or should i pick out the actual pieces of mango?
Fantastic as usual and so well explained. Just one question Latif. What size pan are you using is it the 26 cm need to get one asap to to cook more of your mouth watering dish thanks 😁
id like to see a boal mach or haleem recipe some time
Yes when I’m Bangladesh
I've seen it on the menu but never tried it. I'll definitely give it a go 👍 There's not much bir I haven't tried after 50 years enjoying the Cusine
❤
Terrific video Latif, can I ask a question? I know it probably not worth it but is it possible to make your own pappadums?
**the guests must have really enjoyed all these dishes**
Fabulous vid thank you. Would you consider doing a precooked veg or tofuish type thing, I want to share these recipes with friends but we have one vegetarian (yeek!) I can probably invent my own approach but would love the wisdom of your experience.
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu dearest brother Latif. I pray all is well at your end. I'm salivating. Today, I was thinking if our beloved rasoul ever tasted Nihari or Tarka Dall. We are certainly living in a time of abundance. Thank you for this upload. I admire your determination and love of food to get people cooking, giving away a lot of trade secrets which will save people money. Sadaqah doesn't decrease wealth and your knowledge is sadaqah to us. Alhamdulillah. Please review the restaurant called Tayyabs in East London. An award winning restaurant that does punjabi foods. Their mixed grill is delicious but try it for yourself. Take care 😊
After you are done with this series how about please doing some authentic homestyle Bangladeshi curries like chicken, meat and fish curries. None of this restaurant shortcut stuff lol. Real mom style og way
Yes that’s the plan
Yes, definitely need some fish curries🎉
@@LatifsInspiredThis is a brilliant series. I'm actually in the middle of doing a base gravy after doing the g&g and tomato puree for the first time.
👍
@@LatifsInspiredfantastic I would love to see the use of some of the more unusual vegetables and ingredients etc. Half surprised me how similar the spicing and ingredients for all your BIR curries are. Quite limited really. Not entirely surprised because so many places they all taste and look the same! But i can see yours have the attention to detail to make them distinct. Anyway you have upped my curry game loads already thanks 👍
@@davidhoban3825prepare to have your freezer space slowly consumed by various tubs of different ingredients . Latif is the man 👍❤
Hi bruv can you make Tuna bortha or chutney please thanks.
Mr Latif, thank you very much, very helpful. I once tried a Doner from a small takeaway in Drummond street, it was hot and so addictive, can you please make a video how to turn a doner into a Bengali dish. Thank you very much.
Where did You get that pan Latif ? I really need one like that Mate. Can You post A link as to where I might get one like it?
Hey mate being from nz I don't really understand bir Indian that well but I cook alot of authentic Indian at home.
With your bhuna onion and ginger garlic paste ect how long does it keep in the fridge?
I cook some form of curry at least once a week
Looks fantastic, can you tell us what cut of lamb you use and how you cook it cheers bud . Bismillah 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
🙂😋
Wondering if its possible to freeze it in portions for a later meal 🤔
Can you do some fish curry's please
What lamb cut would you use for this please? Can you recommend a boneless lamb cut please?
I bought some naga pickle the other day... had the tiniest bit possible and it cleared the wax out of my ears
This looks so tasty. I will do this for myself as we have some of the best lamb here in Ireland. So wish my better 'alf would eat lamb. Some blasted ethical thing with her.
I'd bury my face in this. Yummy!
Curry powder?? What is it? I found curry leaf powder and Curry Powder Hot which seems to have the same mix of spices that are in the dish already - coriander, Cumin etc etc so what's the point?? Can you explain what this is and why add the same spices that are already in the dish??? Have cooked a lot of your recipes and they are all great so thanks for a great channel!!
I'd love to see some pickle videos and more veggie, less coriander (yuk! am one of the unfortunates who find most soft green herbs taste like soap)
You can just leave the coriander out.
I’ve been vegetarian for 10 years. Lamb Tikka Pathia used to be my favourite. I never tried Lamb Achari. 🤤 I may have to return to eating meat.
This is beautiful
Where do you get the pot from for cooking? Please!!
Most asian supermarket
Where did you get the pot from?
Latif would love to see your version of Dry Meat found in Needoo, Tayabs and Lahore Kebab House restaurants in Whitechapel. Amazing video as usual bro
Thank you
Could you please give link to King Prawns and U5's many thanks
Most Asian supermarkets sell king prawn
Please release a book please
Yes will soon
Yes!
What make of pans do you use please?
Any round pot is fine as long as it’s quite deep
What make of pans do you general buy. Especially your frying pans.@@LatifsInspired
I find garlic pickle great in curries, do you ever use it your self ?
Yes
Which curries ?
The 1st person to invent smell o vision is gonna be one rich bugger,
Is the recipe of the mango achar a secret?
What brand of pickle would you use?
What is the address of your restaurant, I would like to come and try
Latifs Indian Restaurant st7 2es
Where do these Achari pieces of mango from? I thought I was fairly knowledgeable on this food too!! Google says Kenyan Achari and it looks red.... help anyone please?
Mango pickle from Asian supermarkets
@@LatifsInspired Thanks for the reply, appreciated chef. I make my own mango chutney, so know a little but cant find the green slices you added anywhere. Anyone got any links to it?
@@ianthomas1060Green mango is just unripe mango, available in Asian supermarkets.
@@JanetBrown-px2jn Thank you
Innit

I'm really not feeling the filming layout. Would be so much better with the camera in front of you, with you behind a kitchen island. Great recipes though!
Mr Latif
Please do some authentic dishes
And not restaurant style
Now that’s proper curry
Hope you don’t mind me saying
Love ya vids though
Too many stuff to buy
Out of interest, what Islamic prayer you say before cooking?
He says 'Bismillah' = In the name of God 👍
I love all your recipes but i really dont like the new kitchen and your voice sounds muffled a little distant. Go back to your own previous way of recording. This feels like you not being yourself! Just opinion but keep up the great work!
