✨Varnishing✨ How do you find varnishing? Tedious, rewarding, scary? You can tell by all the issues I point out in this video that I’ve had ALL THE THINGS go wrong before. 😂 I didn’t mention resin issues, that’s a longer list… What have you learned from finishing your paintings?

How does the damp cloth or the varnish not rewet or smear the paint

Good question! The paint has to dry fully. So this painting had thick applications of acrylic paint so I dried it overnight to make sure it was completely dry 👍

What kind of varnish? Most varnishes turn yellow with time.

In my experience resin turns yellow but varnish stays clear. I use Liquitex ✨
