Gotta hit up the west suburbs like Surprise or Avondale for a decent price. East suburbs are way too high, especially because there’s nothing special out there and it looks like Mars, much like the rest of Phoenix.
These type of furnished rentals are for the snowbirds who come to Arizona October through April. That’s when rental prices skyrocket. If you don’t know what a Snowbird is, there are people that own homes in other states, but they come to Arizona during October to April because the weather is in the 70s. And then when the weather gets burning hot from May to September, they go back home to their home state to spend the summer.
Nice !!!! But definitely priced for the vacationing/AirBnB crowd. I'm sure it's booked for the U.S. Open and maybe the Super Bowl and maybe some high level conventions. Great showing Big Super and definitely one of your better vlogs. I'm just not a Scottsdale kind of guy, I left those types of people back home in NJ/NYC area. Money doesn’t buy personality. Once again Thanks Bunches for showing our great Arizona in a fantastic light.
I grew up in Scottsdale. All my friends have sold all their old family homes when prices hit the roof. House bought in 1970s 3br 2 bath pool 25k now sell 400k.

At today's prices and in that part of Scottsdale 7-9K is more than likely. I always enjoyed riding around that part of Scottsdale my husband used to work around Raintree when we first moved there. I loved taking the street way whenever I could in the Phoenix area lol which was often. I first got exposed to plantation shutters in Az they look so elegant and really elevate a window to me, you see them occasionally here in Texas but not that much.

Scottsdale is an good community in my mind and has a lot to offer for families and students too. I only been there a few times to visit but I think it an area for many types of families and individuals as well.
Upon first glance, I thought the house was going for maybe...$6K. I love this area because of the mature landscape and i know that both me and my man Super love our Mature Landscapes. Painting a brick house all white really makes it look much bigger from the outside. Kitchen is elegant; normally i hate 2-tone cabinets but this looks deluxe. I hate the Microwave location but i guess they wanted to keep that big hood and back splash. (For how expensive I think this house is, I would expect a pasta arm tho) THe Garage floor not being finished is crazy for the amount they're charging. that's like $3800 TOPS THe entire backyard is lush and makes me feel like you truly have some privacy. If you were looking for a Sub 5K rental cuz you're ballin out of control, this seem like it would fit the bill. I love these big houses that you've been showing after all of the apartments. I would mind seeing some single family house for sale that are more affordable like the $1300-$1900 range in East valley area. I'm curious to see if the grass is greener on the other side...literally
Bougainvillas look pretty, but they have horrible thorns. I really got scratched up when I had to trim them. Oleanders are poisonous. I'm not sure which is worse.
@@angelabilyeu2927 I have cut massive amounts of both at my childhood home. My dad would let them get 10 to 12 feet high, then we'd cut them down to bare wood . So glad those days are over!
Yes this is a good one and I love how there's still a nice amount of backyard space along with the enclosed pool, very very nice, and that price yeah I have to say it's really affordable. I agree that it has that airbnb feel it's not very often you see a furnished or staged house tour with hangers or a blow dryer and even the tissue paper in the drawer in the master bathroom had " hey" on it 😄🌟🎉👍🏽.
Nice house. Pretty steep price tho. I'm in TX, same size house, bigger back yard, all grass, covered patio with fancy smancy ceiling fan 🤣 2 car garage, smaller front yard, mailbox included, but mines is brick build in, no pool tho 😭 2185 a month. Oh, and not furnished. Unless you count the big nice wall mirror the last folks left behind.
I already know because of the area this house isn't for the average couple. The home is probably about 1600 or 1700 sq ft so at $2.00 a sq ft I'm guessing rent is at leaset $3400 but would't be surprised if it was over $4K.
I love to house But the only thing I don't like about the kitchen is where the microwave is at that's too low. And It's not Enough cabinet space I would need more cabinet space for big appliances that I can Put away when not in use...
Hi there, it’s been a minute……you are still the best! I used to live right by PV mall and didn’t even know it was no more. I freaking miss mailboxes! Those banks of them like where I live now sucks!
That’s a BEAUTIFUL home in an awesome neighborhood!!!! What a steal of a deal!!! That area in Scottsdale is PRIMO and whoever rents this abode won’t be disappointed
Now why would a person spend $60k/year on rent. A smart person will live in a studio apartment for a year and save that money as a down payment for a home. Utilities for this home are probably more than a studio.
Sorry super, those are Oleanders. I know for a fact as they are very poisonous and I can not even trim them anymore because I get very sick. If a child were to eat one of those leaves, could kill them. However, I do have Oleanders between my yard and next door, because they do cover well. I also have bougainvillea , growing in my yard and they are lovely and have pretty Dark pink flowers.
I remember the Paradise Valley Mall back in 1978. Housing back then jumped up $200K ...they went from $200K for a new house > $400K in 2years back then & the taxes sky rocketed......what are the prices now???Close to $1M? $2M?? This is a typical mid century build, open concept...It's been gutted & redone. 1800 sq.ft./ $4K month rent that is exactly what it should be going for....comes to roughly $2.00 per square foot....prices USED to be $1 per sq.ft....In NYS...depending where part of the state...about the same price...higher by NYC metro area & Long Island
I would have unplugged the appliances. People are so wreckless to leave stuff plugged in and not even in use no one living there. I think it would be better as arbnb cuz full time renters gonna tear up all the furnishings and appliances. But a nice rental I loved it. Glad the pool had half gated anyway. I had guessed 4200 so I was close. So peaceful. You looking good in polo shirt today. God Bless you and your family.
If you have the means, $5k is a bargain for no gun shots, predatory homeless, etc. I used to live around 38th St. & Thunderbird back in the 90's. Love that part of Phoenix.
The garage is fine just the way it looks now. It's not ideal, but garages are for cars and storing junk, so the appearance of the floors and popcorn ceilings are not a deal breaker st all.
