Ingredients食材 50g Mooncake Mould月饼磨
425g x 20pc 22g/pc
Crust 饼皮 :
125g Mentega tawar 无盐黄油 Unsalted butter
50g Gula Bubuk 糖粉 Icing sugar
1pc Kuning telur 蛋黄 Egg yolk
30g Susu bubuk 奶粉 Milk powder
20g Maizena 玉米淀粉 Corn starch
200g Terigu Pro Rendah 低筋面粉 Cake flour
Filling 馅料 :
500g selai nanas 凤梨馅 pineapple filling
Lain² 其他 Other :
1pc Kuning telur 蛋黄 Egg yolk
1tsp Air 水 Water
预热烤箱至 175C
平炉 **175C 烤制早10分钟,取出刷上蛋黄液后
继续165C 烤制10 - 15 分钟
Preheat the oven to 175C
Bake at 175C for 10minutes, After egg yolk wash,
continue to bake at 165C for 10 - 15 minutes
