I love my mariner4. Going on 5 yrs with it. My tip to avoid over inflation, pump it up firm but pay close attention to it when it's in the sun and occasionally burp it and let some air out. If you pump it firm in the cool shade of the morning you'll be over inflated in the afternoon sun.

Yup....I am on my second Marnier 4, and good God do I LOVE IT!! First thing I did was get a two piece hard floor, wasn't hard I just used the stock floor and traced it out. Painted it and put outdoor carpeting on it, makes it so much more stable. Got the deep cycle 110 amp hour battery as well with the box, I have two swivel bass boat folding seats on 8" risers with a cooler that fits right inside the inner walls, so I can store whatever I need in there and it can also be a third seat! I just got a Garmin fish finder and transom mount to put on the piece of treated and painted plywood I cut to fit behind my chair and over the battery section, mounted another trolling rod holder there as well. Best thing is that I can break this boat down with everything for it and fit it into my Hyundai Tucson with room to spare. Setup only takes like 30 minutes to go from back of the car to the water!

The quality of these rafts are sweet. I have one thats going on 15 years now with countless lake trips and river floats. The 2x4 and rod holder is something I may have to do for mine since I love trolling on some of the lakes where I'm at and don't always want to drag my 14ft boat up

I beg to differ. Tobin Sports 11ft inflatable with a hard floor and a solid transom to attach an outboard up to 15hp with no need for a motor mount and back plate. And there's room to spare to add a trolling motor. Seen it on sale at Costco for $460 a few times. There's a video of it paired with a $430 Hangkai 2 stroke 6hp outboard and they were able to get the boat to plane and accelerate to a decent speed. With the outboard doing all the heavy lifting, it gives you the option of adding a lower capacity battery and a lower performance trolling motor. I would think just the price of the 100aH battery in your list could get you the lower capacity battery and trolling motor. The first time I was able to get an inflatable boat to plane was an 11ft Zodiac paired with a 6hp Yamaha and it was sweet.

Those boats definitely did not cost that when I bought my Mariner. Those rafts you are talking about were like 600$ at minimum. I’m not sure about the brand but I know I looked at just about every inflatable raft from $3 to $3,000😂
