Looks like the Govt. in 2018 has realised it and they have corrected the ledgers quietly leaving the buyers from 2008-2018 suffer like hell. Especially in Arakkonam and Ranipet areas, hundreds of people are going through unbearable mental agony. The Honorable HC should take this up and provide legal remedy to the innocent buyers. These buyers trusted the Govt documents and they invested their lifetime savings.

They are selling new homes for more than 1 crore in the same area and they are saying they'll refund the same amount I paid in 2016 which doesn't sound reasonable.

Mostly current ruling government is back for these kind of registration blocks in registration office, mostly they do it for making money. not only this, even for land already (given patta for before100 year) which belongs to temple also they are doing it for making money, as they don't have much fund. it's really bad for common man, who bought this kind of lands and property.

All these because of inefficient government policies and officials as India is getting modernized but still old rules in place, there is no revision or updates to policy. I will not hold government responsible but the people who vote without knowing the power of vote and misusing it will have to face this , inefficient officials and government agencies would always be there unless people demand that they would need a better system in place.

Who sale the land to this concern collect the details from regn dept and file a case against those sold land to casa Grande respected association what they doing about this property can explain before to public if the association having land sale details file a police case against all.its may be used to others those waiting for purchase flats from other builders
Plesse dont buy any property in Tamilnadu. Highly corrupted state. Even I wanted to buy a flat, but due to negative legal report I dropped my plan to buy in Chennai. After many years of fustration, finally bought a individual house in Kerala. This state is awesome. Minimal corruption. And u cannot see any such things hapoening here.
What to say, whom to trust, if everything is legal then why casagrand is ready to pay back money to buyer who bought flats. Nobody you can trust, each and everything you want to check personally, like legal heirs certificate, death certificate, copy of documents, revenue departments for patta, chitta, and fmb sketch etc. Before investing your hard earned money please go through all these documents. Hope and pray all the matters will settled in the favour of flat owners. I can't understand what the hell he was doing when they started construction. Nothing more to say, lesson should be learn.
