- Build wealth starting from $0 and achieve early retirement in a way that almost no one talks about. It's definitely possible to build wealth quickly, achieve financial independence, and retire early (if you want!). This is the fast and easy way to achieve financial freedom! Traditional investment advice spreads out the "how to get rich" process over your lifetime. I'll show you that it's a lot easier and faster by front-loading the work with frugal living, saving a lot early, and letting time and compounding do the rest of the work. The FIRE community knows this well!
Your host in this video has been the CFO of several software companies and offers a lifetime of business experience to his audience. Will has an undergraduate degree in Economics, an MBA in finance from Cornell University, earned the CFA charter (Chartered Financial Analyst), and has worked as an equity research analyst at top Wall Street firms in addition to his experience running entrepreneurial companies.

I didn't become financially independent till I was 40 ,in addition to buying my second house, I'm also making money on a monthly basis through passive income, and I've also met some of my goals. I really hope this motivates someone to know that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet; no matter your age, you can start today. Investing can help you change your future! By participating in the financial market, I took a significant decision.
Wow wonderful journey for you, how did you go about it
Understanding the intricacies of investing is crucial. That's why it's important to have a reliable support system, such as a financial consultant, who can guide you, especially when it comes to selecting assets. Personally, I work with Alex Martin Tarlor, an investment advisor who collaborates with a licensed wealth management firm. I must say that my financial journey has been exceptional under his guidance. Alex is widely recognized for his excellent services, so you may already be familiar with him.
Pls how can I contact Alex martin tarlor?
I just googled him up now and reached out , he also has a good portfolio, Thanks
My colleague in office once told me about him but I wasn't ready then, now I am
Very underrated channel. My age is 20 and I recently started to being interested to building wealth. Very excited!
Thank you! An welcome to the channel. Hopefully I can keep it interesting and helpful!
Appreciate all the real world examples from your life! You speak with experience and success
I'm in my 50's and this is fantastic career advice, in my opinion. The ways to save money near the end of the video are also workable.
Would you please review/compare some ideas such as using money market accounts/CD's/HELOC/modern savings accounts with digital companies. Thank you.
Cutting expenses is key to saving $$$. It takes effort but it's worth it in the long run.
when will you be a millionaire?
Intresting, ive a few side hussles and feel im working constantly. Not sure if thats a great idea.
I agree with the savings. 50% of my pay.... cute 😉
Nice goal to have x
I agree, 50% is a stretch, but fun to set it as a goal (depends on income, obviously) to push oneself to raise that bar.
Compound interest is good, but the problem is that inflation is also compounded.
So the most important thing is to make sure your investments rise faster than inflation, which is not an easy thing to do.
S&P 500 returns, on average, 10% per year (with dividends reinvested). Inflation average is like 2-3% per year
@@phyzix_phyzix Yes, probably correct but there is always the caveat: "Past performance is no guarantee of future results."
nice one at 42 age what should be my investing rate to retire with 1million by age 65? are there any calculators to calculate that for me thanks?
good video, thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Good advice! Thank you!
You are so welcome!
And where can I find an 8% return?? Examples are always fairytales.
Seriously... 8% return is beating the dow, NASDAQ, and s&p 500. If someone knows how to get that return every year PLEASE let me know
Seriously, I’d like to know that too…😅
@@bennyd350z7% is the average if you are well diversified
I’m not sure … what is you are going into your 70s? I want a business. I’d love advice on buying an existing business.
Buy a storage business, Americans cant part with all their junk!!!
There is no such thing as easy or fast money, there is either hard work or high risk, don’t live on illusions !!
Investment in self improvement is a good thing. On the same job in a mine, I invested $4300 to get certified in new skills and it helped me to get promotion with a huge pay bump.
With 5 strokes I can't barely even get around with a walker. ☹️
I know this is going to be a good video when you have me chuckling the first 10 seconds 😂
Thanks, much appreciated!
Thanks!
No problem! Thank you!
What if a person is in their 60's and lost most of our retirement in the 80's They took almost all of my husbands retirement and I was a stay at home mom.
Would you do the story of Ronald Read the janitor
He made a good income and he likely retired from the military with money coming from that too. His janitor job paid more than enough to break even. WTF i make 40K+ now and barley make enough to meet income requirements for a 1K apartment. None of these poor people made less than it cost o break even wages.....
@@donaldlyons17 I agree but I think no one will make the numbers Ronald did investing a little here and there it’s not going hurt nobody because trust in social security will not help
@@luisahernandezmunoz8332 Well he might have been super lucky in that the conditions he lived under helped his situation too. For example now I make 2X as much as I did in 2009 but I have less left over money in raw dollar terms and buying power than I did then!!!! So my point being many can't afford to invest without the buying power and dollar power needed to afford their basics.... There is a reason many on UA-cam make multiple videos each month and part of it is income effects buying power.....
