  • Build wealth starting from $0 and achieve early retirement in a way that almost no one talks about. It's definitely possible to build wealth quickly, achieve financial independence, and retire early (if you want!). This is the fast and easy way to achieve financial freedom! Traditional investment advice spreads out the "how to get rich" process over your lifetime. I'll show you that it's a lot easier and faster by front-loading the work with frugal living, saving a lot early, and letting time and compounding do the rest of the work. The FIRE community knows this well!
    Your host in this video has been the CFO of several software companies and offers a lifetime of business experience to his audience. Will has an undergraduate degree in Economics, an MBA in finance from Cornell University, earned the CFA charter (Chartered Financial Analyst), and has worked as an equity research analyst at top Wall Street firms in addition to his experience running entrepreneurial companies.

    I didn't become financially independent till I was 40 ,in addition to buying my second house, I'm also making money on a monthly basis through passive income, and I've also met some of my goals. I really hope this motivates someone to know that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet; no matter your age, you can start today. Investing can help you change your future! By participating in the financial market, I took a significant decision.

      Understanding the intricacies of investing is crucial. That's why it's important to have a reliable support system, such as a financial consultant, who can guide you, especially when it comes to selecting assets. Personally, I work with Alex Martin Tarlor, an investment advisor who collaborates with a licensed wealth management firm. I must say that my financial journey has been exceptional under his guidance. Alex is widely recognized for his excellent services, so you may already be familiar with him.

      I agree, 50% is a stretch, but fun to set it as a goal (depends on income, obviously) to push oneself to raise that bar.

    Compound interest is good, but the problem is that inflation is also compounded.
    So the most important thing is to make sure your investments rise faster than inflation, which is not an easy thing to do.

      S&P 500 returns, on average, 10% per year (with dividends reinvested). Inflation average is like 2-3% per year

    • @donaldlyons17
      @donaldlyons17 10 місяців тому

      He made a good income and he likely retired from the military with money coming from that too. His janitor job paid more than enough to break even. WTF i make 40K+ now and barley make enough to meet income requirements for a 1K apartment. None of these poor people made less than it cost o break even wages.....

      @@luisahernandezmunoz8332 Well he might have been super lucky in that the conditions he lived under helped his situation too. For example now I make 2X as much as I did in 2009 but I have less left over money in raw dollar terms and buying power than I did then!!!! So my point being many can't afford to invest without the buying power and dollar power needed to afford their basics.... There is a reason many on UA-cam make multiple videos each month and part of it is income effects buying power.....
