I love AIR ASIA and I don't care if the terminal 4 in Manila's NAIA is too small. I always go there about 4 hours earlier everytime I goes home to Cebu.
i think its about time to rehabilitate naia terminal 4 into a bigger domestic airport to decongest also the over crouded and busiest naia terminal 3. para mhati ang dalawang domestic airport.. suggesstion ko lng to malay diba?

hi sorry for the late reply. Before you head to the gate you need to do the online check in from your phone or on the check-in kiosk at the airport terminal. If you check-in on that day using the automated check-in kiosk, the system will automatically set you a seat number. You'll just print your boarding pass then head straight to the gate.

actually it is free of charge, you just have to inform the airline ahead of time that the passenger requires wheel chair. Although it can be requested as well during check-in.
@@OwenTravels I get annoyed when the check in doesn't follow the seat row process. So much easier to fill the plane from the back to the front. On the long flights that is.

Hello zyra. Yup ginagawa ko rin yung mobile check in tapos present ko ung boarding pass from the app. You can do this pag domestic pero international, better parin may printed copy.
Naku po! AirAsia is becoming worse. EDIT: Terminal 4 needs better maintenance. Which is why T4 is becoming worse than before. At least AirAsia isn't as bad as Cebu Pacific.

Nagbook po ulit kami di nmn po mahaba pila noong time na yon meron pa kming 15mins to check in our luggage pero ang mga abnormal nagbabagalbagalan tas sabi pa wait tas nagdadaldalan tas nong sinita ko parang wala lang walang paki kung makahabol k o hindi. Kaya pala uncle ko noon nagwala at nagparefund tlga sya!! Poor sevice!! Kaya di na talaga ako sasakay abnormal ang mga tao jan!!
Tatonka thats a bad experience. Ako rin muntik na ko malate, pag dating ko sa gate boarding na. Better no bags pag sa T4 derecho na sa gates or arrive really early sa terminal.
