Tysm, I am just borrowing it, so hopefully some time to do a More Rambling About episode before I have to give it back, love to dive deeper into the fx section
I own this and worked really hard to understand it, I bounced off but have kept it in the hope they release a comprehensive manual. It’s a really interesting module but it’s way too complicated to not have a manual
@@tafonyreynolds thank you this is actually very helpful information I don’t know how I missed that going through their website, I guess I focused on the manual portion and got frustrated
@ yea it’s pretty bizzare, i wanna go more in depth on the fx section but the manual is lacking, all kinda plays into the, grab the knobs and go of the device, which is fine
There will be 18 more algorithms coming soon, once Fletcher, the inventor of the Vhikk, finishes testing them. What has always impressed me about this module is how the effects section is not superimposed on the instrument but is part of it. I think you noticed it too when listening to the Vhikk with headphones.
This is my favorite module that I own - happy to see you cover it!
@@TechnoNates I think I need one of my
own too
thanks for posting this - great demo of sounds. Truly a lifes work to explore this fully. Looking forward to rack this up when it arrives!
tysm! 100%
so tempted, have been for a while.
@@Nick-kb6jd the gas is very real
Thanks for a more detailed walkthrough, definitely picking this one up next.
Hope to see more Vhikk videos, good stuff

if i have any tip it would be that the algorithms reference. is like better than the “manual” page
The creator has mentioned a manual in the works but that was several months ago. I would check the 'News' section on their web site often.

@@tafonyreynolds Okay, I installed the HPO module and WE ARE GOOD! God it sounds so gorgeous. Thanks again.
This module is not available in any shop
@@darkexpress_ it is in canada 🤣
What are your output patch cables connected to?
just into mixer
@@tafonyreynolds Thanks. Been having a real issue trying to connect it to headphones using Y adapter but only getting the left channel.
@ headphones directly?
@@tafonyreynolds yes.
@ does that work? can it be attenuated enough to do audio level?

@@fabiopirlo7678 truly a special device, if i have any worries with it its that everyones going to be using these same sounds now 🤣
"It sounds so good." Proceeds to play static and a miscellaneous cacophony of noise. Then again, maybe that's the point of this module.
@@luisbarrera5740 that does sound so good!
