You are right on point regarding how masturbation can wreck a man's life.., and how, if you control your brain and kick that habit, you bring yourself back to truly enjoy how life it is supposed to be lived! I have been watching your videos over the past Couple of months. Very interesting and very informative. I have to say thank you for all that you’re doing for most of us the anxious people. I have started doing sessions of Neurofeedback in my area In Northern Virginia. I am now on my number 8 session, I was told I needed 30 of them. Noticed very little improvement this week but not enough to say that it’s working. I wonder when I should feel some sort of relief? Any idea? Thank you again
