    Recently discovered that stress and anxiety burn through magnesium even faster, leading to headaches. After years of migraine headaches, I started taking magnesium (of which we are all depleted) and no more headaches - and deep sleep for the first time in YEARS, all of which also helps restore circadian rhythm.

      I’m taking magnesium glycinate I just started it I hope it helps with my anxiety

    What does it mean when delta goes highest at times?
    I’ve been using it for about 2.5 months now and a lot of the time the top band is alpha, then next beta, Delta and theta often the same, and lowest is always gamma. Is this optimal or what I’m looking for?
