@@DaydreamInJapan my favourite one so far is the apartment tour of your new place! And old place... It's nice to see how others live.. And what a typical apartment would look like in other countries! I'll definitely make some suggestions for you as I think of cool stuff to do! 😁Perhaps... One where you go through a typical day of work... You get up.. Go for breakfast.. Eat breakfast at home... Work... Excersise.. And outings throughout the day? 😊

Aww thanks so much! This comment means a lot. Really overthought this video if it was worth sharing because our house is not yet that “aesthetic” but we truly had everything we need in this little space. And what made our first home special was it was overwhelmingly a place of love 💕

...people are obsessed in space, but then, they fill these spaces with things that arent really necessary at all, they must fill it with " ornamental" objects. I like it basic but good quality. What is the point to have a luxurious kitchen, if you dont really cook everyday, or a garden, that you are not able to have enough time to keep it clean and well trimmed and tidy. Also, we must look if we can afford it and able to save too. We know that in many asian countries they have cooks, nannies, drivers, but we noticed that they dont enjoy privacy...... Always surrounded by your crew and people coming in / out to check, nosing around what you have in your house...
We moved around the globe several times, and we learned that just brings the basics as an introduction to your new country. May be they dress differently and you brought all your stuff that you feel you are not blending in their society. When in Italy, you have to be aware on how they like to be fashionable, so my german sandals and white socks are outdated😅, or when in Asia, it is more humid and people looooove brands and luxury bags, even if its fake!! so I had to buy a few polos with a high brand on my chest to blend with the people around.
We like the japanese mindset, basic, good quality and space - minded. We eat better in Japan than in other countries. So more nutritious and well cooked, than those oily dishes around.

Super agree to this! I was just telling my husband a few days ago that in Japan I feel less pressure to “keep up” since in yokohama people are pretty simple. There’s no pressure to bring a designer bag etc.
