    In this video you will see how great the Oregon mulching blade is. Great for nocking down small trees and brambles. No nylon tangle ups to slow you down. This video is not sponsored.

    The Oregan mulching blades are fantastic, I use them on my Husqvarna 535LK pro combi, and they go through pretty much everything!

    Good team there mate. That clip of throwing the bags over the customers fence looked like a fly tipping video the councils would put out 😂

    Ha ha Michaels definitely your right-hand man.... you guys definitely have some good banter there! That blade looks handy for the thicker stuff. I think Id like to use regular strimmer with decent nylon for most softer growth then switch to the blade for the thicker stuff

    Hi guys, i bought another Oregon mulcher blade to pop on my Makita 4 stroke brushcutter and all was going well. Think i must have hit a rock and either bent the blade or knocked a chunk of metal out. It's now unbalanced and makes the brushcutter vibrate. Ive ordered a replacement and this time gone for the 4mm as the one i damaged is 3mm. Think i'll do the nail balance trick and see if it balances or not.

    Fantastic work ethic chaps 👍👍
    I've got two of the blades, different sizes. I prefer the smaller one.

    Hi. Thought i might have read a few comments about you being mental climbing on a roof for a customers hedge......glad i`m not the only one. Would highly recommend Stihls extendable battery hedge cutter. A good work out when fully extended and in the horizontal position but they reach a long way., Saves moving the ladder so much. Now finishing my fourth season as a gardener and realised very quickly how important it is to buy quality(expensive) tools and the need to have two or more of everything. Really enjoyed your Sisis video. Looked up how much they are new and i`m just recovering. Hope you find lots of work next year for it. I use a Billy Goat which i`m very happy with but a tad envious of the Sisis. Keep up the good work on the videos. Regards Terry. Rackheath Garden and Exterior services. (Norfolk)

      Thanks Terry. I might put a order in for the stihl before Xmas as I think there is a long wait at the moment. Does yours take the AP300 batteries?

    • @K4crasher
      @K4crasher 2 роки тому +1

      @@dagtailgroundmaintenance Yes, the 300 batteries. They last for a real long time in the hedge cutters. Not so long in the strimmer and even less in the hand held blower which i know you know as you have one. Like you i have the petrol options which are more powerful but, lovely to have the battery power as an option especially when fuel was short.

      @@K4crasher surprising the hedge trimming lasts longer but I've heard that before. When I get the battery trimmers ill have the batteries from my other tools as backup. Also I know most my customers will be happy for me to put 1 on charge while working. What I'm looking forward to the most is the less noise and smoke

    • @K4crasher
      @K4crasher 2 роки тому +1

      @@dagtailgroundmaintenance I think you will be pleasantly surprised at just how long the hedge trimmers last on a battery. The fact you already have some AP300 batteries is a no brainer as to buying the battery tools. It would be nice if you did a video on how/why you and Mike started working together as you work really well together. Left hand knows what the right hand is doing.

    Do you think it would be okay to use an organ blade on an Stihl FS94? Is that powerful enough?

    • @dagtailgroundmaintenance
      @dagtailgroundmaintenance  2 роки тому

      I don't think you need a lot of power. When it starts spinning it doesn't need much. When using don't go into growth too hard/fast. keep it spinning. Obviously more power is better but it's more about how you use it.

    That blade does some amazing work. Oddly, I can't find them anywhere here in the States. Even looking at vids here on YT, all the people using them are Brits and there's hardly any mention of them being used on this side of the Pond.

Everyone talking about them on UA-cam is in the UK or mainland Europe, but I can't find a single video of someone in America using the things. And i have no idea why. Maybe American brush and brash is just too tough for the things? I did notice that they're made in France, after all. 🤣
