Now, lets talk burgers! I love love love!!! Burgers.
Especially the ones that aren’t hard to eat, like this one. Not the over the top, thick meat, too much vege not enough sauce pub style. THIS, is what we want, smol but smashed you in the face with tastiness!
Everyone’s got their own special sauce, mine’s not that special but special enough for me to chomp on.
Never gonna buy another burger, this is too easy to make, too tasty, too everything omg.
Unless I'm lazy and want the cheap and quick Maccas.

Here’s what you’ll need:
Burger patties
100g Chuck/Brisket 1:1 mince balls
Salt pepper
Reynold’s Special Saucey
100g Whole egg mayonaise
50g American mustard
30g Tomato sauce
30g Sriracha sauce
50g Pickles diced
1 Brown onion diced - caramelised in a pan with 30g butter until slightly burnt
Assemble
Potato burger rolls
Red onion
Tomato
Aged cheddar or burger cheese slices
Butter lettuce - optional

This is the exact same way i make my asian type burger, sauce is a bit different, i dont put mustard and add a type of pepper called feferon here in croatia, i dont really know how to translate it but its a type of chili, but kinda acidic chili. I use non hot ones on my burgers cause the flavor has a nice asian note to it and sririacha makes the burger spicy enough on its own. Also serving this with 2-3 table spoon size balls of rice is the perfect thing with it, and you just eat it with your hands. Its such a simple way that completely changes the standard idea of burger

My favorite burger is the Crushable burger from The Royal in Nelson. 100% fire. Simple and plain so everyone enjoys. Also can go off menu in so many directions
