What you’ll need:
210g Caster sugar
250g Butter unsalted
200g Self-raising flour
3 Large free range eggs
185g Milk full cream
1 Tbsp Honey + extra to brush on later
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 pinches of Sea salt
180C Oven
15-20 minutes
Citrus or other fruits of your choice to top.

@@aidaapriliani6447 in this year's MCAu, there were some promising dessert chefs with outstanding audition dishes..but both were eliminated already.. their skills and sense of art are still behind reynold compared to when he was still an amateur cook..well maybe because rey got more influence in cooking from his chef family and his habit of textbook learning from his mom's dessert books..not to mention his desire and determination to prove to his mom..i guess that what makes him succeed..
