Quick stupid take: seems to me that there are high and low variants of the spiral. High body position I see with specialists who work off the spiral with a bunch of related attacks (oklahoma). Low I think i see with folks who maintain heavy pressure with a series of breakdowns (iowa + this). Think i prefer this low heavy pressure style if i can call it that.
Excellent demonstration! one thing too add is drive though until hips are broken then drive upward at 45 degrees to sink a deep half
