Can't believe a century ago there was already this much gold on youtube and even in the modern day short format of 1 minute. This guy is ahead of the time and the quality is timeless

@@tylerlynch2796 That's what we hear!
Just started coaching wrestling for my 1st grader and I've been out of the sport for some time. Your videos are great especially for a rusty mat rat....THANKS!

Thanks your videos have greatly improved my stand up in Brazilian juijitsu tournaments i no longer have to depend on what we call" guard pulling "i can feel my opponents and quickly hit takedowns and gain a quick three points establish top control and begin to look for a air choke blood choke or breaking point to a submission from an already dominant position.
+Akita American Thanks! We have 150 free moves on youtube and 400 free moves on our website www.kolat.com with 2400 for our members www.kolat.com/full-access.html
Thanks will be subscribing soon
Your smart for not taking the path of least resistance.
And for anybody who's curious in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournaments (at least ones that follow IBJJF Rules) you get 2 points for a takedown and another 3 if you pass the guys guard (His Legs) and hold Side Control for 3 Seconds.
So many gold nuggets in a short and sweet video. Thank you!
These videos have really helped me out
thanks to you very great full movements
some time the most basic of things are the most important, great detail point.( PA coach)
Tyvm your explanations are starting to make wrestling easier for me I am glad for once I'm not watching complete bull**** moves that never really help because they are too advanced and complex all of your videos make everything simple is helping me with the FUNDAMENTALS
Haha, I like the comment. Yes, I would agree a lot of over explaining on the internet and BS!

what we have to do in exercise
What is the function/role of snapping the head down? What is the follow up
I think anything we do after that depends on the reaction of the opponent. Perhaps leg attacks if he postures up too much, perhaps front headlock if he drops his hands on the mat. We do these things to elicit a reaction to capitalize on.
Cary Kolat when I'm trying to do a high c or double leg my opponent always puts his arms and hands on me is their a way to move his arms for a split second so I can drive a high c to double?
Yes you need to post his arms! See this video on my website.

Cary Kolat thank you for my answers
My coach told me to try different set ups so I can sneak in my doubles or hi c

Can you make a video how to improve your strength to snap an opponent Down
Juan Wong Strength in wrestling comes from good position and proper technique. Those videos are available at KOLAT.COM
Do you have any videos that show the best way for a smaller grappler to move around a bigger opponent rather than trying to use brute strength?
This is a video you see how he circles as he pulls, that’s use leverage and movement to make the snap more effective
👍
