procedo a decir mi experiencia con este entrenamiento. mi punto de vista es el de alguien que sabe poco y NADA de fitness pero hace ejercicio todos los días y escucha a su cuerpo.
eran muchos descansos para mi. así que saque gran parte de ellos: saltee los largos y los otros los reduje (salteando) a 5 segundos, por lo que fue un entrenamiento de 15 min o menos para mi. la próxima vez capaz podría entrenar esos segundos que omití (hoy no me daba mucho el tiempo). así como lo adapte LO SENTI. fue muy muy bueno! realmente lo agradezco!

Todo depende de persona a persona. Pero tambien la dieta implica mucho. Es difícil de decir. Pero lo mejor es tener una rutina donde haces ejercicios habitual mente y no solo temporal. Eso seria nuestro mejor consejo 😊❤️
