Love this kind of workout. I was feeling the energy going through so I added a few double punches and my 2lb weights for some of the movements. You can customize, ladies and gents. Customize it up or down to suit your needs. The only one watching and judging is you. Enjoy the time you spend working out!

This is definitely aimed at beginners, cardio-wise, which is fine, but should be labelled that way. My heart rate was only at about 105 during this. That said, it was a struggle flexibility-wise.

Honestly I didn't like it that much because I didn't want any exercise on the floor (since it says standing). I didn't like the capoeira lunges either. I felt quite silly doing them and I wasted more time figuring out how to do the movement than doing it correctly.
Thanks for providing free routines tho! This is good but just not what I was looking for.
