Lets not be too hard on Charsi ;-) I found a white Tiara on a hell Dia run and decided to Imbue it with Charsi quest.. Turned out 2 Sorc skills 20 FCR 25 STR 20 All res I imbued it with sock quest and put an um into it because I am poor :-( It's currently on ladder eu =)

Yeah I used to get rich on Ladder by having friends who would buy hrs on D2 item sites, and would give me tons of hrs to trade for whatever I needed or make my own stuff. I miss Diablo 2. I plan on playing again very soon, especially if they make Diablo 2 Remastered.
I knew about the characteristics about diadems and the 6 skull recipe...but never have I thought about putting them together lol...for all 7 seasons I played diablo II...

Nope, plugY doesn’t have any Additional drop rate, but it does make single player infinitely better. That being said I’ve had crazy luck in my single player experience. Ber going through hell chaos the first time on players 1. Rolled a 6 bo CTA. Zod drop in AT. Unique sacred armor from fallen running pits on a players 1 poison necro. Unfortunately I’m halfway to 96 and I still don’t have a second ber for infinity. Nor have I found a Jah to make an enigma. I do have a sur and enough runes to cube 3x ohms but I think I’d rather do LK runs for a second sur/ber than cube up all my mid runes. I also made a grief and fort for a zealer so those 2 Lo runes could have been better spent on an infinity. Tl;dr PlugY is a great mod
Sure, you can increase your drop rate by typing "player x" command, but it was always like that in Singleplayer, and it's basicly like you would be on a server with 'x' more players - monsters are more powerful.
The best roll is not the cheap 6 Perfect skulls, but the SoJ+PSkull+Circlet/Coronet/Diadem, specialy if it is lv99 or around it. Then the itens have the real potential to be godly. I got a lot of endgames itens this way. +2's with double leaching and resist all, +2's with resist all and fast caster... Just about anything that could be above shako and crown of ages. Of course, the problem is to find SoJ's, but it totally worth it, instead of rerolling with 6 perfect skulls.
6 p-skulls is a hefty toll. even if it was 3 p-skulls it would be hard to take advantage of this recipe, but then it would at least be fathomable to attempt...

I have been playing 1.09 plugy since that's the patch I played back in the day and your streams give me motivation to keep farming and making new builds. I watched one of your streams from a few weeks/months ago and this guy was trolling you but you killed him with kindness by just taking his point seriously even though he was being rude and I love how you handled that because it works best for everyone (He had no answers when you asked for improvements on what he was criticizing). Just some random thoughts keep up the good work :)
i was re rolling a rare diadem off pindle i found and i notice your's drop to minnimum of ilvl65 but mine capped at ilvl61 whats the reason for this and does it matter?
Spirit Crest is super cool! the Beast Casque pally helm is pretty cool too, aswell as Storm Circlet. basically any circlet with +2 and additional moderate stats is a way keeper. Super wow @ Corpse Visage

I would like someone to explain specifically what does it mean "lower quality item of the same type". Like: the resulting item has lower level? if so, by how much exactly? How many levels? If I re-roll a rare amulet, will it lower its level more and more every roll?
I would recommend saving imbue Q for [white] diadems found if you can wait u til late game/ladder, if you find a rare (especially if from diablo, nith, baal) use those especially for rerolling. I usually save my Pgems on a mule (separate character for holding items) spend time rerolling if i fill it up
Best way to do this is to gamble a rare diadem with a lvl 60 character. All the cool mods (FCR, FRW, rez, life, 2 to all skills etc.) still roll on a lvl 60 rare diadem but some of the useless ones (like, dmg reduced by, magic dmg reduced by, life steal, etc) don't. Now i'm not sure if the lvl of the item changes for when u reroll a lvl 60 diadem with a higher char. Would be nice if you had a backup for before u used the skulls, to do a comparison.
I just used pgems to reroll a magic diadem with 2sorc 20fcr and soc quest it to have 2os. I put two ist runes in it so I could use a 4isted monarch and still have 105fcr for MFing with 650+MF.
larzuk only gives 1 socket to rares but it the diadem rolls the right suffix I think or maybe its prefix I cant remember then it will get 2 open sockets
The perfect Diadem can be like this in theory IMO : +2 to class skill +20 FCR for caster (or +30FRW for fighter) +2 Sockets +20 all res +30 Strength +20 Dex (or 60 life your choice) Anyone got better idea?

Why did you roll a different diadem each time? The ilvl level doesn't matter for diadems, so re-rolling 50 is pointless. Just re-roll one until you get a good roll.
I don't follow? I mentioned in the video that the ilvl doesn't matter. I kept using the same diadem. Only time I switched out was when I found a diadem that would be a top 3 re roll for the video. Even tho the 3 best from this video were still crap.

Just not worth it. The chance of getting any of the ones you show in the beginning (+2 lvl, fcr str 2 soc etc) is so low it basically requires 1000 re-rolls. Great vid tho.
just to let u know. 99.99% of those diadems that u showed on the begin (level 67 ones) are imported from shops. Roll a good level 67 diadem (2 skills 20 fcr str etctetctetc) with normal luck would take thousands of rerolls and probably you will never get a good one hehe
to be honest ive been playing this game in bnet for a lot of years and when i say alot i mean arround 10 (not joking). I had lot of friends during that time that tried to get one of those diadems by the legit way, and i have never seen 1 of my friends making one. The 99% of those diadems are bought from stores /traded by d2jsp. (I say 99% because maybe there is a chance to get it by your own hands but i really doubt it)
I think it's funny, if a particular item rolls +20 all resist, that's obviously all resist... But if a item rolls 15 poisen res, 15 fire res, 40 lightning res, and 15 cold resist... That is technically +15 all resist with 40 light resist.. Yet, typically people don't look at all res as all res unless it says +all resistances, I've seen you do this exact same thing db...

still, its worth picking up those skulls when you see them. not saying ONLY do this but its one of many different things you can do.

not sure how I feel about runewords taking over d2. in 1.09 there were few if any that were top tier.

I know he's collected PSkulls for a long time on his live streams. Used all gem shrines on skulle etc.
Been collecting flawless skulls and cubing them and using gem shrines for the past 5 months on stream.

to be honest ive been playing this game in bnet for a lot of years and when i say alot i mean arround 10 (not joking). I had lot of friends during that time that tried to get one of those diadems by the legit way, and i have never seen 1 of my friends making one. The 99% of those diadems are bought from stores /traded by d2jsp. (I say 99% because maybe there is a chance to get it by your own hands but i really doubt it)

I think it's funny, if a particular item rolls +20 all resist, that's obviously all resist... But if a item rolls 15 poisen res, 15 fire res, 40 lightning res, and 15 cold resist... That is technically +15 all resist with 40 light resist.. Yet, typically people don't look at all res as all res unless it says +all resistances, I've seen you do this exact same thing db...
