Really useful. I have a Nikon D3400 but a friend has just bought a 2nd hand 1000D and he won't have a manual or look on UA-cam probably so this was great for learning the basics.

I have this camera now bur when i turn the camera on i will see the screen for 0,4 sec and it makes automatic a photo sort of but then an error 99 comes and says turn the camera off and on or replace the battery what do i need to do it btw makes that kind of photos around 3-5 sec
Hi, I've not come across that before, but I've just done a quick search for "Canon EOS 1000d error 99" and there are quite a few videos relating to it. It may be worth trying them to see if they help.

I got my EOS1000d this afternoon and without a manual, and watching that video, 99% shot straight over my head. Lets hope practise makes perfect.

hey I have a 1000D Canon dslr but so the focus is shifted when taking photographs when there is less light and that's what I'm using 50mm lens
