Meg you seem so much more mature! I got goosebumps hearing pieces of your convictions! I remember commenting back then on your videos with mediums and saying those readings wasn’t from God. But like you said people don’t know what they don’t know. And when you are separate from God it’s easy to be led astray. I’m so glad you on on your path with Jesus! God bless you and your family, you’re encouraging me to open up my Bible since it’s been a while.

I say this in the most non hateful way….. she sounds depressing. Nothing like what she used to sound and definitely not like someone who knows and loves Jesus. I am Mexican ( and a Christian woman) and my culture truly believes in dark magic. Growing up my mom would constantly tell us to never play the ouija board, or see a physic, or get a tarot card reading because you end up tainting your spirit and your aura. Bad things cling onto you and can make you ill.

Im glad you spoke about the psychic mediums because there are people on here who need to know this. The sad thing is that so many people in this business are like that - they prey on people who are depressed and will tell them tall tales about how they are doomed and have bad energy around them. Then they will try to sell them on herbs or some bs candles telling them it's their only way to see better days. I hope anyone who reads this knows that NO one who has good intentions to help you will ever scare you or say harmful things.
I sadly was in this boat about six months ago when i was feeling depressed around my mom dying. The lady told me it was "karmic" because of some curse on my family. And she also told me that the guy i have feelings for would never want anything special with me. The truth is, there are some people who are more spiritual than others but they are not God at the end of the day. Don't ever give some random person the power to dictate the outcomes of your life.

It's crazy how people become invloved in these things. I mean I guess it's not really. I've been a Christian for most of my life I grew up in a pentecostal Christian home, I wasn't allowed to listen to secular music, I wasn't allowed to read or watch anything my parents did not approve of. I did backslide as a teenager between the ages of 14 and 17ish I dabbled mostly in Astrology, and as I started going back to church, I was convicted about it. I was convicted about that, and many other things. Especially after a Church service when I was 17 and I got filled with the Holy Spirit. I haven't looked at that stuff eversince, I'm 33 now, but I agree we need to be in continuous prayer for people, and spiritual warfare. I'm glad to see you back on my feed!! It's great getting a glimpse into your life again. 😊

Meg, I am so happy to see you back. This spoke so much to me, I was raised Christian. But as I grew up I went into the route of Spirituality and I couldn’t tell you how much anxiety, fear, aggression, sadness I was dealing with then in that period of my life. Like SO MUCH DARKNESS. I remember always being told and feeling like asking for help from the “universe” or those passed on to “give me a sign” or make sure “I’m on the right path” felt SO WRONG. The spiritual world is supposed to be at rest and you do not disturb it. You don’t practice it, you don’t mess with it. But when I focused my energy if you will, hehe, on God and his blessings…. My life, outlook and character got a whole lot brighter. I am with you on this! It’s real. God is our guide and doesn’t demand or obey✝️❤️

Girl, don’t stress. I don’t think anyone keeps up and if they do with multiple kids they probably have some sort of help. I used to get worked up about it but I have accepted this is the stage of life we’re currently in. It is what it is.

7:20 hey darlin, if the loaf is too dense, it most likely means it overproofed during bulk fermentation (bake it anyway and make some delicious croutons with it!). Or the gluten wasn't built up enough during the first set of stretch & folds (I do 4-6 S&F spaced out by 30 min), or during the coil fold period (I do at least 3 CF spaced out by 30-60 min), or both. If your S&F and CF aren't the problem, try shortening the bulk ferment time to whenever the loaf gets about 1.5x bigger. If left to its own devices, it'll keep growing until it's 3 or 4 times bigger, but that means it's been sitting for too long. In warmer months, bulk ferment can be about half the time as it is in cooler months.
Some other troubleshooting tips are making sure your water isn't too hot (or not hot enough) when mixing it with the starter, flour, and salt - anything over 107° can kill the good bacteria, and if the bacteria isn't eating, it won't create that beautiful fluffy final product we all want from our sourdough lol and if it's not hot enough, the bacteria won't be activated properly. Both can result in a dense, flat loaf.
Make sure you're using your starter right after it peaks, so it's hungry. And make sure to always weigh the ingredients rather than use measuring cups to help with consistent loaves.
And if all else fails, and your starter isn't maturing properly (it takes forever to double after a feeding or it doesn't create bouncy loaves no matter what you do), try refreshing your starter - take it down to about 50g total and refresh it at the same time every day with just a little water & flour (1:1:1), and the starter will bounce back beautifully! I've brought my [very old] starter back from the brink of extinction quite a few times by doing this.
There's a blog called The Perfect Loaf that I LOVE!!! He's absolutely brilliant and is a well of knowledge! Highly recommend for all things sourdough!

I never thought about psychic mediums in that way but that totally makes sense. Even in scary movies the demon possessed person always knows so much about a person. Demons definitely study us to decieve us. I don't know that I 100% believe that all psychics have bad intentions or are being lead astray. I know that personally I've had moments throughout my life where I've felt psychic. I've had a lot of dreams that have come true. I would write it off as just a simple dream & to my surprise it would end up happening. For example I had a dream that my cousin had twins before she was even pregnant & she now has twins. I don't believe that something like that could be demonic. Our soul connects us to the spirit of God. We're literally spirits having a human experience so it only makes sense that we all would have some form of spiritual gifts. Some are more in tune than others. I think where we go wrong is DEPENDING on these psychics or seeking them out for guidance. Our connection to God is within. The kingdom of God is within, as Luke 17:21 says. We must trust our own spiritual gifts/spiritual nudges as our whispers from God & not depend & worship the intuition of another.

This is great that you mention this! and you are right, we are spiritual beings as well- we have a soul.. and God also created us with gifts- this is mentioned in 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 and we may have gifts of receiving prophetic words- we may be able to interpret dreams, we may be able to speak in tongues, give words of knowledge, discern between spirits (good vs. evil)...But it is important to know that someone operating in "spirit" could not know if it is from God or not. Some people have a gift to actually "see" in the spirit and they can tell. What I am specifically speaking about in this video is psychics and mediums that tell you your future & fortunes and also speak to the dead. Both of those things are in the Bible as demonic. This is also why it is so important when God tells us to test every spirit! You are correct - we should never depend on another for guidance and counsel! That is a gift we receive from God, The Holy Spirit is our wisest counselor!
U are right. The Holy Spirit can and will reveal info to us. That is way different than a psychic or medium. That comes from God not Demons

I know God prepared me about 8 months for the passing of my father who died suddenly with a heart attack at the age of 64. Looking back perhaps it was God's way for giving me the time to grieve and to accept what happened before it did so I could be stronger for my mom. Totally agree with everything you’re saying about the spirit realm; it is such a real thing and it’s comforting to know as believers we have authority over darkness and are able to break agreements with the enemy in Jesus’ name and through His blood! Meg- I have been watching you since you first started on UA-cam when I was 14 years old. I too found Jesus in the past two years. Younger me would laugh at how “cringe” I am now. I was a licensed Reiki II practitioner, immediately after getting my reiki training and performing my first healing session- I ran out of the room. I called my mom balling- I told her I felt something dark that I felt like I did something really bad. She told me god would forgive me. From there it was a long journey back to Jesus. I was addicted to watching tarot card readings to predict how my day would go, I was told I needed to do chord cutting ceremonies to release my trauma, I was told I needed to sage my house and salt the doors to block access form spirits, I got into emotion code healing, I was becoming physically sick- I sought out help from people who were using pendulums to tell me what supplements to take. I was so desperate to be out of depression and anxiety and to feel like myself. One day I cried in my bathroom begging Jesus to help me. I was saving money to spend $300 every six months on psychic readings. I still am working through my anxiety. But I feel free. Free to know Jesus name protects me- that I don’t need sage or salt or anything else. I go to church on Sundays and my relationship is better than ever. It truly is…. A spiritual battle.

I pray that you never resort to those things again and that you know in your heart you are protected by the blood of Jesus!! Stand firm in your faith. You will share your story one day! Your channel hasn’t came across my UA-cam FYP in a long time but I’m so glad this video popped up because I personally felt convicted listening and you’re so right. We do always go everywhere but to God to hear what we “want to hear” but we’re manifesting something else that isn’t Gods plan

I’m so happy for you. You seem to have found so much peace by finding God. I used to get tarot reading and use a ouija board. I was young and thought it was all in good fun but as I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that stuff is truly evil. I thank God that he protected me from that stuff when I didn’t even know I needed protection. Also, I feel the same about my house now that I have a baby. I get overwhelmed but I just stop and think of how blessed I am to be in a house with my healthy baby boy. I try to focus on what God has given me and live in the moment, not worrying about irrelevant things like a messy room. I’m so glad you’re back, don’t worry about your content being different, you are different. It’s been years and you have grown and changed. If people dont understand that so be it.

So I personally am not religious but I also don’t believe in that medium stuff so what this sounds like to me is some people need something to believe in when times are hard. You looked to a medium before and now you’re looking into religion. That doesn’t mean either one of those are real it’s just outlets people use to get through things or get information. I choose to just remind myself when times get hard that nothing is permanent and even if you are going through something hard it doesn’t mean that it will be your forever.
I am a Christian but u are right and I even say that about hard times are temporary and things get better. I wish ppl that resort to taking their own lives could realize this.

So true about the psychic thing. Prophets and spiritual discernment is biblical but it’s through prayer and council with God only. The enemy loves to try and dupe the things that God can do but it will never measure up or satisfy
