This came live from CBS Columbia Square in Hollywood on December 24, 1949 on the same stage were a little over a year later Lucy and Desi would be filming the pilot for 'I Love Lucy'.

Ed Wynn was a wonderful character actor. He did a memorable appearance in the Twilight Zone where he played a zany not very good magician. He always played the same endearing character.
