Robert Brown ... hate to break the news to you but I read the transcript over a month ago. Maybe you have reading comprehension problems ? It’s not only the transcript, it is all the damning testimony from many many people who actually were listening to the call or had actual discussions with Trump regarding holding aid to the Ukraine until Zelensky announced publicly that he was investigating the Bidens and Burisma. You probably should step away from the Orange koolaid and take off your “Read the transcript” tee shirt, and settle down for a good read of the depositions that have been released that back up absolutely everything that Trump is charged with. You will probably have an aneurysm when the testimony goes public next week.
There are so many more crimes that he is guilty of, than violating the emoluments clause. I guess we need to start wearing tee shirts that say “read the sworn statements of the people involved”, because you guys just buy into anything Trump and his fawning lackeys are conning you with.

Yes, this is outdoing the Nixon years by far. I was around for those sad days also. As we brush into remembering those days, a sense of empathy emerges for Nixon - he at least knew how to build diplomacy and work with foreign leaders with discretion and tact, something that has completely been absent with this so-called president.
