10 things I can’t live without: 1. Hannah singing into her 10 qt pan 2. Hannah calling the stove the “surface of the oven” That’s it. That’s the whole list.
Your turns of phrase give me such a giggle.... this is a fun thought experiment and makes me grateful for the things I have. 1- my kindle paper white. I use it every single day. This is my #1. I cuddle in with it every night in bed, and feel like I’m a kid under the covers with a flashlight. It’s awesome. 2. Silver hoop earrings I pretty much wear every day 3. Jockey skimmy slip shorts. I wear a lot of dresses and these are so good underneath. 4. Hair cutting scissors - I have been cutting my own hair for years now and it was such a good investment 5. Soda stream - I use it every day 6. Memory foam pillow 7. Carmex lip balm - I went through a bad period recently of very painful chapped lips and I tried a zillion balms. This is the only thing that worked to heal them 8. My bookshelves 9. Facial oils - I really like the Rms Beauty one right now (but dang it’s expensive!) 10. Placeholder for something fab I have yet to discover ❤️
Love this and feeling very spoilt with your upload schedule at the moment! Things I can’t live without: 1. My takeaway keep cups for coffee (in pre Covid times and pre-emptively in post Covid times) - Guilt free convenient coffee to go? Yes please!!! 2. My Birkenstock’s. They’ve been everywhere man. 3. My vape, can’t say I’m proud of this one but I’m a vape looser and I live for that thing 4. Colourful patterned socks particularly and most Importantly for when I have to wear a dull uniform to work... (first place either goes to my hamburger socks or my flying pigs socks....) 5. My chunky black stomper heeled boots, formal enough (for my style) to wear to a wedding, comfy enough to dance all night long and versatile enough that they go with everything without feeling generic or boring! 6. My drink bottle - girl, hydration is key! 7. An all purpose hair and body oil, most often morrocan argan oil- but it varies 8. My ugg boots- man there is a lot of shoes on this list.... Imelda Marcos much? 9. My pets- does that count as a thing? Absolutely not.... Can I live without them? Absolutely not 10. My stylish Gorman rain jacket, I love that it is lightweight, I love the beautiful print and I love that it keeps me dry!!!
Fun project. It’s so good to appreciate what you already have. 1. My earbuds, because where would I be without endless hours of folk rock? 2. My favorite perfume: intense cafe 3. Linen duvet cover 4. Stand mixer 5. Good kitchen knives 6. My bike, especially now 7. The leather backpack I thrifted last year 8. linen robe 9. Frye sneakers 10. Hair oil
Would you ever consider doing a vlog style video? Maybe a morning routine, evening routine, day in the life, or what I eat in a day? I love your personality so I think more personal videos would be ready cool if you’re comfortable!
Your look today is absolute perfection. The eye look is so beautiful and Catherine is the perfect compliment. The couch against your hair really brings out it's beautiful colour.
This is an interesting challenge for my situation, because I am staying abroad caring for my grandmother currently (and thanks to certain circumstances, my stay has already expanded to almost double the original plan of 3 months), so... the list of things I can't (or don't want to live without) has actually been tested for the past 5 1/2 months. - one of the things my heart still bleeds the most for are my most used kitchen utensils, namely my wok that I used to cook 2/3 of everything I made in and my loom bowl (it's one of those insulated ones with a handle you can easily carry one-handed) -my sewing machine and stash of fabrics/ supplies and generally my creative tools are sorely missed, I don't even sew that often but when inspiration strikes it is so frustrating not to have my stuff at hand. -physical books! I brought 3 with me from home, but it quickly became evident that it's simply impossible for me to comfortably exist in a space with so few books for a prolonged length of time, so I have since aquired 7 more and now im fine until I have gone through all of them. -my headphones, mine are simple in-ear ones but oh do I depend on them. When my last pair broke 2 months into my stay, even the weekend-long wait til the new ones arrived was a test. -midi skirts and simple T-shirts are my spring-to-summer uniform, so when the days became warmer I had to ask my dad to send me those essential bits of my summer wardrobe.
My ten things in no particular order 1. My at-home romper. It is yummy soft jersey knit, with pockets and a waistband. It is the PERFECT thing to put on when I want to not be wearing clothing, but the neighbors will see. I’m in it constantly in the summer (including right now) 2. My bright blue truck, Elvis. I love being outdoors and camping, my Tacoma with a camper shell is THE tool to get that done. I feel absolutely free when I’m driving it. 3. Nalgene water bottle - always with me 4. Good home lighting - I live in an RV and the lights they install are FULL SPECTRUM white light. Makes it look like a surgery center in here. I added hella candles and some amber twinkle lights and I could not love the way they make my home feel any more! 5. Too Many Towels - living in an RV you want to streamline everything EXCEPT towels. I am so happy about having so many towels I always have a clean one. Dish towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath towels. I’m lousy with terry cloth and I’m love it. 6. My Baggu bag. Gifted to me over 6 years ago, it has been in my purse ever since. When I go shopping it holds the weight of 5+ plastic bags, and I always have it folded up in my purse. It’s amazing to have a second bag ready to deploy. 7. Good tweezers. My life (and eyebrows) changed when I finally got a pair of tweezers that met fully at the top 🤣 8. Chaco sandals. I love my burks, but they always seem to be getting wet, which bums me out cause they’re my casual sandal and I want to keep them in good repair. My Chacos are just as comfy and I can completely submerge them, and I don’t have to worry if I hit my feet with the hose! 9. Lined running shorts - like your Nike tempos. This genre of short is what I wear every day in the summer and I love having a variety. My May shopping budget this month went to a couple pairs from Old Navy, my preferred style. 10. Prescription sunnies. I wear glasses, and until I was ~21 I just dealt with never having sunglasses. HOW. This was a fun exercise!
Michelle I love the idea of your at home romper! My dressing gown isn’t quite fitting the something the neighbours (or anyone else in general) should see :) Thanks for sharing.
I love this idea of your 10 things you can’t live without. It has been so nice to read others thoughts of this in their own life too. I think it is particularly poignant in this strange time in our lives (and spending more time at home) to be grateful for our belongings. In no particular order (I could only think of 5) 1. My Le Creuset mugs; so expensive. But it makes me feel good when I see my small collection in my cupboard and when I make my cup of tea in the morning. Earl Grey Tea probably deserves a seperate mention 2. My Ugg Boots - I’ve had them close to 10 years and I still adore them and have been wearing them so much at home as we go into winter. 3. The Library app - new books and audiobooks for free while in lockdown and not needing to spend money or go anywhere. 4. My weighted blanket - so good that I’ve been using it every night, but also great for napping. I’ve had for over two years and would recommend for anxiety related sleep issues. 5. Ray Ban Sunglasses. I bought them as soon as I got contact lenses as I couldn’t wear sunglasses before that (except for clip ons that made me look like a nana). I’ve bought others since but I have realised I don’t need a collection like UA-cam led me to believe. I just need my favourite pair that makes me feel good.
You look so incredibly lovely! Your hair is amazing and the makeup look suits you so well. Have so thoroughly enjoyed your videos. Such an amazing spirit you seem to have...articulate, creative, artistic. A breath of fresh air. Keep the posts coming and wishing you well during this incredibly challenging time in the world that we're all trying to find our way through.
Some tings from my own list: electric kettle, japanese green tea, Weleda products in the shower, Birkenstock sandals (other shoes hurt my feet), my book collection (esp. Harry Potter and Julia Cameron), my "rainy day funds" that are so helpful during the pandemic, my forest green, ume-flowered yukata robe (maybe 9 years old?), my phone and it's many uses, my surprising ability to sleep at night, come what may, my country's rules during the pandemic, which enable me to take walks and meet a friend at a time while keeping physical distance. All keeping me relatively sane right now. And very grateful.
Ten things that greatly improve my quality of life, in no order: 1: electric tea kettle 2: heated blanket 3: houseplants 4: knitting tools and some yarn 5: tiny portable dishwasher 6: linen/very worn in cotton button down shirts 7: my art and my friends' art on my walls 8: my phone/the internet/communicating with people 9: my friends 10: sunshine
I love the idea for this video! My quarantine can't live without list is: 1) Weighted blanket with colorful cotton duvet covers (I bought regular duvet covers and added extra ties to them myself). 2) My teapot and my Upton Teas from Nepal. 3) Will count this as one-my jewelry making supplies. 4) Japanese scalp massage hairbrush 5) My new jumpsuits from Old Navy 6) Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab perfume oils 7) Libby App-amazing app that allows you to borrow library books from different libraries, and listen to audio books. I love it. 8) Wireless eabuds. 9) Dr. Bronners peppermint bar soap make me so happy, it creates so much leather. 10) Needak mini trampoline allows me and my son not to go insane.
I adore this! What a fun exercise to show appreciation to our daily work horses. I remember you talking about your amber lamp eaaaarly in your no buy year and I bought a amber lightbulb for my beside lamp. It was a game changer. I of course, want to share my can’t live without items. In no particular order except 1 & 2. 1. Brow waxing service. I’ve gotten my brows waxed since I was 8! And they still grow in thick. It is a luxury of mine that I won’t give up easily. I joke I’ll eat ramen before I stop getting my brows waxed. 2. My water bottles. One is a Klean Kanteen and I have an insulated stevia Tumbler. It has upped my water drinking game tremendously. 3. YNAB. My budgeting software. It literally changed my life. 4. My bath tray table. I take 2-3 long luxurious baths a week. I spent about $30 on a table that spans my tub and can hold my water, phone, a book whatever. I’m obsessed with it. 5. Shun Knives. Japanese cooking knives. Nuff said 6. LL Bean wicked good slippers. Got my first pair from my FIL. They are wicked good as the name implies 7. Lip balm. Some favorites are Laneige Lip Mask, Sol De Janeiro Lip Butter, and old fashioned Vaseline Lip Therapy 8. My iPhone. I love my phone. I just recently upgraded from the 7 to the 11 max and OMG. It’s outstanding. If we’re keeping it real I can’t live without it. 9. Bullet journaling/journaling. Having a notebook as a “things I write down for I don’t forget” catch all is a game changer. 10. My fitbit. Obsessed. Love it for runs. It motivates me to move around. Would replace if it broke! Those were the first ten that came to mind and honestly about 6 of them were immediate and the other four took some more thought. But I’m definitely glad to have all of those daily tools.
I'm not going to include my list of 10 things just yet because I happen to be watching you while getting ready to go apocalypse shopping, but... I plan to do this exercise when I get home & might post it then. This is such a wonderful idea -- I was watching a video from Kurzgesagt about the antidote to dissatisfaction being gratitude & this is a perfect way to begin a regular practice of gratitude. I'm grateful for YT & the many channels I learn from, including yours. 💜
Here are some things that give my everyday life joy~ Cast iron cookware (most pieces acquired second hand) Finally finding a mineral sunscreen that suits me. Electric tea kettle Pour over coffee Candles I’m inspired to find a kimono robe pattern and some unique quilters cotton to sew a new robe for myself:). I’ve been sewing quite a bit these last two months.
Love this red couch background! My things would include my dog, diet caffeine free Dr Pepper (my one vice), my travel bidet, my iPad (been serving as a kindle for library books during this quarantine, not to mention for my Hannah content, UA-cam yoga, etc.), my houseplants, my stationary bike, my salt lamp for hygge vibes, my deck for socially distant entertaining, Hello Fresh (limiting my grocery store trips!), and Spotify for serving up mood-enhancing jams whenever I need them.

I totally hear you on the wide elastic hair band!! I found some at Marshall’s and what a game changer, aside from being more comfortable and cuter, the regular kind never stays put. I must have a weird head shape because all headbands slowly slide off my head :( but these are so amazing and fit so much better! I love them so much.
A list of 10 things I can probably live without but am glad that I don't have to (in no particular order): 1. Kindle 2. wireless in-ear earphones 3. cropped wide-legged black jeans 4. denim jacket 5. workout shoes 6. punk rock authors tote bag from Out of Print 7. my favorite coffee mug (a random one mom bought me 4 years ago that causes my life to flash before my eyes every time I drop it) 8. This is a great exercise in gratitude for the little things. I’m going to try to write down everything I “can’t live without” and/or would replace if it vanished. (Not going to list it all here) But off the top of my head: 1) electric kettle 2) tea (specifically Upton Tea St. Isaacs blend) 3) refrigerated single use eye drops (thanks insane allergies) 4) slippers 5) Hannah’s UA-cam videos 6) distressed/ripped jeans 7) madewell ex boyfriend tshirt 8) 5 minutes alone in the morning (which I don’t always get but when I do it’s precious) 9) bright red ballet flats 10) frozen cookie dough balls
What a fabulous exercise on Saturday morning! And what a joy to read the lists that are being posted. As I traveled through the morning I focused on my list. Not in any order: 1) Dansko clogs; 2) Planner (and notebooks for lists etc); 3) Large pizza stone (I use it not only for pizza, almost anything that you would use a cookie sheet for expect cookies); 4) Mechanical pencils; 5) Champagne bottle sealer; 6) Magnetic phone holder( have the base on my bathroom mirror and use it for my ipad - watching UA-cam in the mornings when getting ready); 7) iPad; 8) Essential oils (my die hards are lavender; peppermint; and lemongrass); 9) dryer wool balls (use the essential oils on - so lovely to have your sheets and towels smell extra); 10) Empty palettes to move and rearrange my eye, check and etc products. Thank you Hannah and Saturday Hugs!
I love this kind of content it’s so cool to hear you talk about what you use in your everyday life, it is an inspiration for thinking about what you actually use and love in a day 😊
Nail kit and floss are needed in my purse. My life is so much better when I have them. Things that have been helping me improve my diet / have been a part of my improved diet: Fancy water bottles, MultiVitamins, 10G of protein silk, Coconut Bai water, scrambled eggs. Makeup favorites: candlelight shadow sense. It works as a great color corrector for me under my eyes. I also am really enjoying liquid highlighter. Winky Lux makes palettes I got recently that I'm really enjoying too. For sleep: Earth Therapeutics Anti-Stress pillow. I've been using these for years! I even have a 2nd one because I couldn't find mine for a time and I repurchased it. A firm memory foam pillow and not kicking my feet out of the blankets. I heard in an ad I think to relax from you toes up to your head to fall asleep. I do this best when my feet are warm. Until recently I ALWAYS kicked a foot out from the blankets. If you must, warm socks or slippers might help.
I do like those headbands too. I bought some too. I can't live without my eye brow razor. I also have one for my face I need my Mucinex. I am glad you mentioned the blue light. I have two pairs of glasses for blue light and I have not been wearing them and that is probably causing my headaches. We like to watch Alton Brown's Good Eats and he was talking about carbon steel pans. I am going to look into them and when we get a few things paid off I want to invest in them. There is a lot of cooking things I want to invest into because we are cooking more at home. We have been doing a lot of foil packet meals and I love those too. I hope you are safe with the everything going on.

Oo, what a great exercise. My number one life improvement has been my Drinkmate. I hate drinking still water... and I hated all the waste from buying seltzer continually.
I love this video. Helps me remember what makes me happy in those harder times. I was wondering if you were going to include a bit more poetry in your videos? I used to love hearing you talk about writing and your favourite poems... ❤
My number one thing I cant live without is our rain machine app. My 6 month old son sleeps soooo much better now that we've started using it in the past month, and if baby sleeps better, then Mama sleeps better!!
Here are mine! (A very superficial list... things I *love* I guess) 1 & 2: the gold bracelet and necklace I wear everyday 3. Flat-back earrings (can sleep in them!) 4. Wedding/engagement ring 5. Powder (oily skin!!) 6. Brow powder (overplucked early 2000s brows) 7. Candy (I love candy lol) 8. Portable phone charger 9. Lip balm 10. Dry shampoo

Used every morning 10. My wedding rings
This was a super interesting exercise for me because when I thought about the things I couldn't live without, none of them were makeup either! In no particular order: heated blanket Espresso machine Vera bradley weekender bag Quip toothbrush (specifically quip because it's battery operated and portable) Clark's chelsea boots Kindle Teva ember moccasins My rough & tumble (portland, Maine) boho bag My favorite TV shows on DVD (you never can trust streaming services!) Prescription sunglasses!
1. My router, it gives me WIFI but also it is a BEAUTIFUL one (I find that really rare) 2. my kindle, I love real books, but it allows me to read in bed without a bedside lamp 3. my one all purpose black handbag, I take it everywhere and it can even holds some groceries 4. my wedding ring, no explanation needed ;) 5. our gas grill, we use it all year round for veggies and meat 6. my couch, I work on it, I relax on it, I love it 7. my sneaker, incredibly versatile 8. the necklace my now husband gave me for our first Christmas 9. my bullet journal, it just contains everything 10. my best kitchen knives it beats every kitchen gadget
I’ve finally transitioned to all non-nonstick pans which has made me happy. I hated having to toss and replace nonstick skillets when they would start to go bad and my new pans all work even better! Some were pans I’ve had for years but didn’t know how to use properly.
Ten things that bring me joy: 1. My journal 2. Pixi skintint 3. Toaster oven 4. Coffee press 5. Scented candles 6. Running shoes 7. Masala box (spice box) 8. My favourite pair of black leggings 9. Orange soap 10. My nail polishes

Hannah, you just came in so clutch with the jewelry recommendation, you have no idea! I ordered a cute lil ear cuff off Etsy that arrived today, and while I knew there was a post backing, the reviews all claimed that you can easily bend the backing to avoid the stabbies. I disagree. I need a clasp closure because as you do, I live in my earrings. I like being able to sleep in them.
If you’ve ever watched Giada de Laurentis cook she always seems to use the smallest pot or smallest bowl to prepare food in and gives me so much anxiety. 😆 Love big cookware! I try to pick up All Clad “seconds” when they are available. Worth the investment!
1. My smartphone with wifi 2. Fleece blankets and pyjamas 3. My handbags 4. Bluetooth in ear headphones 5. Netflix 6. Black yoga pants 7. A really nice winter jacket wind and rain proof 8. Some things that I can't live without: Water bottle with a straw, I don't drink water from anything else 😅 Turbo charger for my phone (don't get one if it's not compatible with your phone) Allergy meds! Because I'm still in school, those five star notebooks that have binder rings but are soft like a duotang Prescription sunglasses have changed my life Anit-fog spray for glasses when wearing a mask I love seeing everyone else's list of things!
Ten things that improve my life in no order: 1. Perfume; Dior, BBW or Lush. The richness of the scents is gratifying and calming. 2. My Bibles; study bibles and Chumash in Hebrew. The study and meaning of the existentialism helps. 3. Lush faux fur blankets 4. Tempurpedic mattress topper 5. Journals, I have a lot of headspace to clean out. Journaling & flow of consciousness help me. 6. UA-cam, Lets face it: the free content, the music. My thrifted wardrobe, I'm a clothes-horse. I feel so much better having nice thrifted clothes than not. 11. (I'm cheating) My water bottle, mason jars, and bamboo lunch kit; hydration and eco responsible! Stay safe and sane Hannah! Much love, Megs
What a fun and important video! Appreciation for what we already have - things that uplift our quality of life - is key! :) Here are a few from my life: 1. The colors of vibrant teal blue/green, royal purple, and red in my living room. While my actual furniture is mostly dark brown, my rugs, pillows, and decor are of these vibrant colors. They make my heart so happy!! 2. Photos of my beloved pets scattered throughout the house, particularly one doggo who passed December 23, 2014, Ziggy. Ziggy is forever my soul-mate in animal form. He was, and still is, loved dearly. 3. My planner, fine tipped colored pens and markers, Sharpies. 4. The Ordinary Buffet, Niacinamide, and AHA serums. 5. Chapstick. I've tried every lip balm under the sun, and Chapstick is my HG (for real!)! 6. RED lipstick. Thank you Hannah for the opportunity to share in your joy of 'things', and to share ours as well! Hugs to you, Joe, and Miss Sadie.
thank you for prefacing the video with that little bit of wisdom Hannah, you did make me check myself! I love reading everyones top 10! :) okay, here goes: 1. my silver hoop earrings from Daisy London (they just elevate every outfit and catch the light beautifully) 2. the cotton billowy bloomer-style panties which my friends made for me! They are my comfiest pair. I'm at that stage in my life where I just cannot put up with synthetic, itchy, torturous clothes (or underwear) anymore 3. my benetint cheek stain- I'm very pale so I love giving myself a faux-sun burn/drunken flush type look 4. Aussie three min miracle conditioner (when my hair was half-dead from bleaching this saved it, I have virgin hair again now but I still swear by it) 5. access to podcasts! They make chores/tidying less mind-numbing (I love The Allusionist, about the origins of words/phrases) 6. as others have said, my book collection should really be top of this list 7. earl grey tea from The Teamakers of London and my bone china teacups from T2 (I'm British, so of course) 8. hair towel turban, no longer does my sodden hair soak all my t-shirts after a shower 9. Sally Hensen 'Shall we Dance', just gives an effortless french manicure vibe and never chips 10. my New Balance trainers, I've tried a lot of different brands and these never hurt my feet. It's like walking on a cloud. I can't believe I had to suffer SO MUCH torment before finding a pair of comfortable shoes.
Amen to never putting up with "synthetic, itchy torturous" clothes and undies ever again! This also saves me a wild amount of money, as so few garments are made of natural fibres nowadays.
Makeup aside, I can't live without my: Bluetooth speaker (especially for my morning shower - a more powerful motivator to start my day than even coffee) Big, tall windows letting in all the sun My ginormous marble queen & jade pothos Comfy desk chair (my 'makeup throne') My chunky, grungy kickass work boots Chunky, ancient, 12-pocket, many-a-time mended black cargo pants Drop crotch harem pants with crop tops for lazy days Plunge neckline strappy-back sports bra Black Vogmask with respirator (because it pairs with eye makeup in a way that a surgical mask simply cannot) Electra Amsterdam beach cruiser. It's big, heavy, and a comfortable but slow ride. A stampeding rhinoceros probably wouldn't leave a dent in it. When I bought it 10 years ago I had no idea what an amazing investment it would end up being.
I have to wear a mask for part of my day at work. I can’t live without essential oil drops on the inside of the mask. Lavender, lemon and sometimes eucalyptus.
I would have to do some thinking but here are a few things I cannot live without: 1) earbuds, Apple earbuds (the old fashioned ones that plug in that you gratis with the purchase of the phone) for at night, they don’t run out of battery life & distract me from my constant ear ringing, tinnitus. I also have a few expensive & inexpensive wireless earbuds for during the day. I use earbuds pretty much 24/7. I also suffer from chronic pain and I find that I can carry on if I am listening to something, it helps distract from the pain. I also have the over the ear kind but they get hot, I use those more in winter months. 2) skincare. I have pretty much found exactly what works for me and I have a few things that I cannot live without, May Lindstrom Blue Cocoon, The Youth Dew & the Jasmine Garden spray are the three items from her line that I now make sure we have at all times, my husband cannot live without those items either. He has a skin condition and it has worked miracles on it. 3) Dior Lip Maximizor lipgloss, I have them everywhere and I use them all day. The plumping action doesn’t bother me and I love the texture, it’s not too sticky. They’re ridiculously expensive so I stock up during sales. I wish I could find an alternative but I feel I have wasted enough money looking for something else. 4) a travel water bottle, I drink ice water all day long and I bring it with me wherever I go. I have the cute Starbucks big cups with a straw as well for at home. That’s it for my list, the rest I would have to think about. Oh wait! My dogs leashes! 5) they are by Found and they are heavy rope. We have had them for years and they, other than a bit dirty, still look relatively new. And when you buy them from Found a portion of the proceeds goes to helping other dogs in shelters. I found my leashes on sale, they are very expensive but after having them for years I can tell you they are worth it. And that is the end. Haha, thanks Hannah for asking what our list would look like. I’ve been around for a couple years, I just don’t comment often. Be well.
I just want to let you know that I really needed a break from wtf is going on in on the globe, right now.... I what d I want to give my attention to? for the next 30 mins or so...NOT the news, not fb/social media, not my business, not my studies, not my friends, not my family, but something for moi...so what do I choose? I didn't want to take a bath or a nap or self spa or play with make up or get caught in a youtube wormhole, and I'm too exhausted to read... So I went to your channel to watch this video, which I have been saving for a time like this... in case you are wondering about IF you should be creating or sharing during these protests (As a Black Woman in your community)... may I please add my two cents...? I appreciate the muted campaign that some white women are doing... I think it is awesome... I don't know if you are participating in that or not, that is up to you... ...but when you do come back... please remember that for many of us as your viewers, our Hannah Louise Poston Videos are actually a part of our self care, and self-reflection routine times... so I just want to remind you of that. So, thanks for doing you. I'd be interested to hear about some more of the books and poetry and music that you enjoy... I love listening to your soothing voice and I am curious about relaxing and or energizing music that you are into. Thanks for being a part of my day... one of the reliable, consistent, happy parts of my day... ...be well Hannah, and HannahFam... Thank you for coming to my TedTalk
The Second Arrow! What a brilliant way of describing it. And yes, yes, yes, and yes. Sometimes even a third if I am running low on my rescue medication before it refills, which hasn't happened in a long time, but is a full on shame parade. I talk very openly about having anxiety and panic attacks, but I'm fairly convinced only 2 people actually understand the trainwreck that the full anxiety and panic can become (which is intentional because the SECOND ARROW). I also really recommend the magnesium supplement calm, specifically in the powder form that I mix with water. I get the raspberry kind, I add a drop of lime essential oil and it tastes like raspberry limeaid, so its a good inducement to drink more water and truly helps with the non-specific unease anxiety that I experience that can rapidly escalate to full anxiety or panic. Definitely on my list, which I am thinking about.
Hi, fellow full-on trainwreck anxiety + panic disorder sufferer here (all against a backdrop of chronic depression - wahey!) and I appreciate you talking about this. Oof, that shame parade that follows/accompanies an attack is the worst.

I am loving the new thing that you have been saying at the start of your videos that outlines what your channel content is about...and I have also been loving you sitting in front of your red sofa in natural light.
@@HannahLouisePoston It's really working for you. The background color makes all of your features really stand out and you hair looks vibrant in the natural light.
My two cats - as well as being delightful companions, they are also tools for my survival Really nourishing lip balm and hand moisturiser Copper water bottle Katya Zamolodchikova tour t-shirt emblazoned with beautiful artwork of her in black lingerie as a ridiculous, fabricated tarot card: "The Woman" - the softest, most uplifting thing to sleep in My fine fragrance collection Birckenstocks - the arch support is just bliss Metal straw - perfect for DIY iced coffee and tea UA-cam - lately especially Trixie Mattel's Full Coverage Fridays Buffy The Vampire Slayer in my iTunes library - for emotional succour Tales Of The Uncanny by by Václav Černý - this out-of-print collection of folks tales from around the world with eery, terrifying, gorgeous illustrations by Jaroslav Šerých has been my companion since childhood Pet hair rollers, constantly applied to everything These were the first things to spring to mind :)
1. My reusable masks. :) A dear friend made them for me. They're more comfortable than some disposable ones that I have had to use, they don't push up into my eyes, and they've got some lovely embroidery. 2. My partner's cats! 3. The Hado Labo cleansing oil as the first step in my double cleanse. 4. A plaid flannel shirt that I wear over everything all of the time. 5. Cured lemons - I made these, and am so grateful for them as a condiment! 6. Some BounceCurl hair products that I ordered (!!!) I think that's all for now. :)
Ten things that make life lovely: 1.Portable air conditioner--quieter and non-drippy as opposed to window units. 2. Laptop lap desk--playing on my pc for hours now 3.Clay masks--known this for years but masking once a week makes such a difference for my oily skin. 4.Xbox One and wifi--I lumped these together because one without the other would devalue their place in my life. This is my "cable" I've got three streaming services plus UA-cam I love the variety. 5. Kindle app--I loved my Kindle but as my life with my partner has progressed the app on my phone is much more useful to me. 6. Makeup Sponge--my life changed the day I used a sponge for the first time. My foundation and concealer don't look streaky anymore. 7.Primer--my skin literally eats the makeup off my face. Oils break it up and pores absorb it. Primer plus a moisturizer makes my face last and keeps my skin from having an allergic reaction by putting a barrier between the makeup and my skin. 8. Silence--i knew I needed it but never has it become more clear that my ears just need a break from constant input 9.Yogurt--i used to eat a yogurt every day for lunch at work. I stopped doing that and my body reminded me that it makes my life infinitely more enjoyable. 10. A husband -- everyone needs a husband. They support you and you can relax knowing they are solid. A husband pillow is a wonderful thing. 😆
I’ve been thinking about what I can’t live with recently. Obviously the oxygen and shelter are necessities, but that’s for survival. There is a second rung of things I can’t live without, because I’m expected to be a productive and proactive person. Given that my neighbour is doing DIY at the moment, I do NEED headphones if I’m to work. When taking isolates breaks from my work, looking up lipsticks ‘to want to want’ has brought me so much enjoyment. I thought about buying some new joggers for in the house (I didn’t buy in the end) but the colour was REALLY important, even though only I would see them. I’ve also been wearing perfume at home some days as putting on makeup sets me up for the day I haven’t been doing it. The perfume helps me when I’m struggling to get my day started. My skin has been shot to shit and I NEED my squalane and other moisturisers to make it feel comfortable. I don’t find the title hyperbolic at all, just the content very personal.
Here are my things: Electric kettle Kindle Cloth napkins in happy colors Okabashi flip flops, perfect summer house shoes Caffeine eye serum from The Ordinary Retinol (prescription, for my acne) Glossier Balm Dot Com Lip Balm Solitaire: Decked Out app Cook Smarts (meal planning service) Octopus Hoops from Puccoon Raccoon Honorable mention to my knitting projects! I can't imagine not knitting, but I know I could live without my whole stash.
My list is really just 2 things right now 1) my wide leg yoga pants. I had a pair for almost a decade but had to chuck them last year because they had just been dying a slow painful death. I finally bought a new pair last week and it's like heaven, just as comfortable as the old ones but with pockets. 2) wood wick candles, the wicks crackle as they burn which I love but some people hate them. At the moment I've been burning a vanilla sea salt one that is fresh and not too strong.
@@claramilde the candle brand is wood wicks but it may be all one word, the candles themselves just have a WW logo on them. I know you can buy them at Yankee candle stores, because buying scented things online can be hit and miss. The pants are a brand called all in motion, I got them at target.
it's monetized, but YT has been pulling ads left and right. I think maybe there just aren't enough to go around right now. Thanks for looking out for me!
It is nice to show your belongings some love! Here is my list: 1. my little hair clips, idk where they are from, they are so old. It is the best way to keep my hair out of my face. 2. sunglasses. I am sensitive to the sun and it can be painful to be without them if it is very sunny. 3. touchscreen gloves. that way I can use my phone in the winter. 4. nice water bottle ( I have klean kanteen). It really motivates me to drink water and not buy pre-bottled drinks. 5. wake up light. makes waking up before sunrise less jarring. 6. my vintage chest of drawers where I keep my art supplies. It has allowed me to organise them in a nice way so I can create more stuff. 7. fleece tights. I live in them all winter. 8. fur winter coat. I inherited it and it is so nice and warm and durable. 9. a little thing that allows me to put my phone as a gps in the car. I am so bad at navigating while driving. 10. swiss army knife. It has a little scissor that I use to cut any broken nails while I'm out and it has stopped me from biting my nails instead.
1. Buddy (my doggo) 🐶❤️ 2. UA-cam videos (learning to be fearless vlogs) 💕 3. Music (Kelsea Ballerini and Maddie & Tae) 🎶 4. Metal straws 5. Cozy blankets 🧸 6. All things Disney! (Cheating I know, but I’m actually obsessed) 7. Hot Baths (with lush bath bombs) 🛀🏻 8. Go for walks with Buddy ❤️ 9. Doing my makeup 10. Gardening 🌱
1. My 3 pitbulls. 2. Coffee creamer in hazelnut. 3. Argan oil for face. 4. Leggings for comfort. 5. Love Planet Beauty sandalwood conditioner. 6. Swamp Cooler (Colorado gets hot). 7. Bobbi Brown bronzer in Stonestreet. 8. It Cosmetics mascara. 9. My phone, I read the news, watch u tube, pay bills....everything on my phone. 10. Mongo Kiss chapstick (Colorado is dry and your lips get chapped).
10 things I can’t live without:
1. Hannah singing into her 10 qt pan
2. Hannah calling the stove the “surface of the oven”
That’s it. That’s the whole list.
:)
YES OMG THIS. As a lifelong stove-over-oven user, "the surface of the oven" sent me 😂
You are such a special young woman. It’s wonderful that you are concerned for your viewers financial health. Thanks Hannah!
2. Silver hoop earrings I pretty much wear every day
3. Jockey skimmy slip shorts. I wear a lot of dresses and these are so good underneath.
4. Hair cutting scissors - I have been cutting my own hair for years now and it was such a good investment
5. Soda stream - I use it every day
6. Memory foam pillow
7. Carmex lip balm - I went through a bad period recently of very painful chapped lips and I tried a zillion balms. This is the only thing that worked to heal them
8. My bookshelves
9. Facial oils - I really like the Rms Beauty one right now (but dang it’s expensive!)
10. Placeholder for something fab I have yet to discover ❤️
Love this and feeling very spoilt with your upload schedule at the moment!
Things I can’t live without:
1. My takeaway keep cups for coffee (in pre Covid times and pre-emptively in post Covid times) - Guilt free convenient coffee to go? Yes please!!!
2. My Birkenstock’s. They’ve been everywhere man.
3. My vape, can’t say I’m proud of this one but I’m a vape looser and I live for that thing
4. Colourful patterned socks particularly and most Importantly for when I have to wear a dull uniform to work... (first place either goes to my hamburger socks or my flying pigs socks....)
5. My chunky black stomper heeled boots, formal enough (for my style) to wear to a wedding, comfy enough to dance all night long and versatile enough that they go with everything without feeling generic or boring!
6. My drink bottle - girl, hydration is key!
7. An all purpose hair and body oil, most often morrocan argan oil- but it varies
8. My ugg boots- man there is a lot of shoes on this list.... Imelda Marcos much?
9. My pets- does that count as a thing? Absolutely not.... Can I live without them? Absolutely not
10. My stylish Gorman rain jacket, I love that it is lightweight, I love the beautiful print and I love that it keeps me dry!!!
love!
Fun project. It’s so good to appreciate what you already have.
1. My earbuds, because where would I be without endless hours of folk rock?
2. My favorite perfume: intense cafe
3. Linen duvet cover
4. Stand mixer
5. Good kitchen knives
6. My bike, especially now
7. The leather backpack I thrifted last year
8. linen robe
9. Frye sneakers
- one of the things my heart still bleeds the most for are my most used kitchen utensils, namely my wok that I used to cook 2/3 of everything I made in and my loom bowl (it's one of those insulated ones with a handle you can easily carry one-handed)
-my sewing machine and stash of fabrics/ supplies and generally my creative tools are sorely missed, I don't even sew that often but when inspiration strikes it is so frustrating not to have my stuff at hand.
I feel like your hair looks so much redder in this set up
I think it's the natural light!
I've been noticing the redness too. Sometimes it just looks light brown with a slight red tint.
My ten things in no particular order
1. My at-home romper. It is yummy soft jersey knit, with pockets and a waistband. It is the PERFECT thing to put on when I want to not be wearing clothing, but the neighbors will see. I’m in it constantly in the summer (including right now)
2. My bright blue truck, Elvis. I love being outdoors and camping, my Tacoma with a camper shell is THE tool to get that done. I feel absolutely free when I’m driving it.
3. Nalgene water bottle - always with me
My life (and eyebrows) changed when I finally got a pair of tweezers that met fully at the top 🤣
Some tings from my own list:
electric kettle,
japanese green tea,
Weleda products in the shower,
Birkenstock sandals (other shoes hurt my feet),
my book collection (esp. Harry Potter and Julia Cameron),
my "rainy day funds" that are so helpful during the pandemic,
my forest green, ume-flowered yukata robe (maybe 9 years old?),
my phone and it's many uses,
my surprising ability to sleep at night, come what may,
my country's rules during the pandemic, which enable me to take walks and meet a friend at a time while keeping physical distance.
All keeping me relatively sane right now. And very grateful.
awesome!
Ten things that greatly improve my quality of life, in no order:
1: electric tea kettle
2: heated blanket
3: houseplants
4: knitting tools and some yarn
5: tiny portable dishwasher
6: linen/very worn in cotton button down shirts
7: my art and my friends' art on my walls
8: my phone/the internet/communicating with people
9: my friends
10: sunshine
this is a great list & we have almost the same name! yes to knitting, friends & warm things :)
The Art sounds awesome. And the tiny portable dishwasher is intriguing
I love the idea for this video! My quarantine can't live without list is:
1) Weighted blanket with colorful cotton duvet covers (I bought regular duvet covers and added extra ties to them myself).
2) My teapot and my Upton Teas from Nepal.
3) Will count this as one-my jewelry making supplies.
4) Japanese scalp massage hairbrush
5) My new jumpsuits from Old Navy
6) Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab perfume oils
7) Libby App-amazing app that allows you to borrow library books from different libraries, and listen to audio books.
Nuff said
6. LL Bean wicked good slippers. Got my first pair from my FIL. They are wicked good as the name implies
7. Lip balm. Some favorites are Laneige Lip Mask, Sol De Janeiro Lip Butter, and old fashioned Vaseline Lip Therapy
But I’m definitely glad to have all of those daily tools.
awesome! thank you for sharing, Cecile
Ohhhhhh three days in a row?😍😍😍 Really excited to watch the video!!
Also, I recognized Nars Catherine from the thumbnail & it made me happy to see you using it!! Hahah
Here are some things that give my everyday life joy~
Cast iron cookware (most pieces acquired second hand)
Finally finding a mineral sunscreen that suits me.
Electric tea kettle
Pour over coffee
Candles
I’m inspired to find a kimono robe pattern and some unique quilters cotton to sew a new robe for myself:).
A pan that shape is called a rondo. At the restaurant, ours takes up the entire stove top.
1. Swell water bottle
2. Lip Balm
3. Vornado fan (white noise and cools down my room at night)
4. silk bonnet (saves curls)
5. eggs
6. Dyson cordless vacuum
7. nail care stuff for at-home mani/pedis
8. Calm sleep stories
9. L'Occitane Shea hand soap
10. jersey cotton pjs
Love this idea!
My ten things I can't 'live' without:
• Wrist watch
• Hardback notebook
• Slim brollie
• Black kohl eye pencil
• Magnetic bookmark
• Mini pocket pen
• Lip balm
• Black boots
• Curling tong
• Sleeper earrings
I totally hear you on the wide elastic hair band!! I found some at Marshall’s and what a game changer, aside from being more comfortable and cuter, the regular kind never stays put. I must have a weird head shape because all headbands slowly slide off my head :( but these are so amazing and fit so much better! I love them so much.
A list of 10 things I can probably live without but am glad that I don't have to (in no particular order):
1. Kindle
2. wireless in-ear earphones
3. cropped wide-legged black jeans
4. denim jacket
5. workout shoes
6. punk rock authors tote bag from Out of Print
7. my favorite coffee mug (a random one mom bought me 4 years ago that causes my life to flash before my eyes every time I drop it)
8. DevaCurl "low-poo" shampoo
9. L'Occitane pure shea butter lip balm
10. hand cream with 7% Urea and 0.5% AHA
This is a great exercise in gratitude for the little things. I’m going to try to write down everything I “can’t live without” and/or would replace if it vanished. (Not going to list it all here)
But off the top of my head:
1) electric kettle
2) tea (specifically Upton Tea St. Isaacs blend)
3) refrigerated single use eye drops (thanks insane allergies)
4) slippers
5) Hannah’s UA-cam videos
6) distressed/ripped jeans
7) madewell ex boyfriend tshirt
8) 5 minutes alone in the morning (which I don’t always get but when I do it’s precious)
9) bright red ballet flats
10) frozen cookie dough balls
Stunning hair color!
I love this kind of content it’s so cool to hear you talk about what you use in your everyday life, it is an inspiration for thinking about what you actually use and love in a day 😊
I love this list so many similarities to things I love! Sending lots of love!💜💖🧡💙💛💚
I'm totally going to buy those headbands!
I have the Plantronics headphones too - I recognized them in the thumbnail lol. They really are great!
I love editing Hannah commentary 😂
1. Stainless steel drinkware for extra cold water
2. 3+ pillows on my bed for me and my achey joints
3. My super quiet tower fan
4. Quality pajamas/robes
5. Wall art
6. Spotify premium
7. Wireless headphones/Airpods
8. Thinx underwear. Never going back to pads/tampons EVER even if I only use them monthly
9. Various pairs of Warby Parker glasses that punctuate my style so well
10. BITE lipstick in Chai - my favorite red and favorite nude all in one!
My llist (I couldn't think of ten whole things, so here are 7):
1. A french press because it is the best way to make coffee, and I will fight to the death to defend its merits
2. My matte black ceramic mug with a handle that's shaped like a cat
3. My tattoos - kind of like what Hannah said in the video about her huggie hoops, these are an integral part of me and something I "wear" all the time.
4. A heating pad because my back muscles are tense always
5. Knitting needles and yarn because knitting is one of the only things that keeps me sane
6. The band Vulfpeck
7. Long daily walks
Thanks for the exercise!
Lee Strauss books currently (it's like Maisie Dobbs but cozy)
Heating pad
Cats
I’m looking up Lee Strauss!! I need something cozy right now.
I should have added the Libby App to my list of favs. I’ve now got a Ginger Gold cozy mystery on my kindle for tonight’s reading ❤️

8. Silk pillow cases

My number one life improvement has been my Drinkmate. I hate drinking still water... and I hated all the waste from buying seltzer continually.
I love your new background! My favorite color!
(A very superficial list... things I *love* I guess)
1 & 2: the gold bracelet and necklace I wear everyday
3. Flat-back earrings (can sleep in them!)
4. Wedding/engagement ring
5. Powder (oily skin!!)
6. Brow powder (overplucked early 2000s brows)
7. Candy (I love candy lol)
8. Portable phone charger
9. Lip balm
10. Dry shampoo
THE SUBTITLES ARE EVERYTHING!! 😂
The Ordinary Buffet with copper peptides. Never hear people talk about this product but I love it.

Just ordered the long tall sally robe. I’ve been searching for something like this for years!

1. electric kettle
2. loose leaf tea or coffee I need a hot beverage in the morning to get my self going

6. Blankets

8. the necklace my now husband gave me for our first Christmas
9. my bullet journal, it just contains everything
10. my best kitchen knives it beats every kitchen gadget
I’ve finally transitioned to all non-nonstick pans which has made me happy. I hated having to toss and replace nonstick skillets when they would start to go bad and my new pans all work even better! Some were pans I’ve had for years but didn’t know how to use properly.
You were right! Loved this video

Livinggggg for the red background!!! And the orange-y lip 😍😍😍 AND the hair ❤ Wow :)
And then you managed to add your cotton red floor-length robe to the mix 😍 oh my gad! :)
Ok. Your new background, I LOVE it. So pretty.
2. Your shirt, its so cool, where is it from?
i love your new intro!
"Genre of shampoo" is going to be my expression of choice 😁
If you’ve ever watched Giada de Laurentis cook she always seems to use the smallest pot or smallest bowl to prepare food in and gives me so much anxiety. 😆 Love big cookware! I try to pick up All Clad “seconds” when they are available. Worth the investment!
1. My smartphone with wifi
2. Fleece blankets and pyjamas
3. My handbags
4. Bluetooth in ear headphones
5. Netflix

You look so beautiful! Good to see you Hannah! Just got a notification! I’m so mad I’ve missed too much!
Thank you!!
Lol, I also wear my noise canceling headphones without turning them on. They work great when you’re flying and a baby is crying.
Some things that I can't live without:
Water bottle with a straw, I don't drink water from anything else 😅
Turbo charger for my phone (don't get one if it's not compatible with your phone)
Allergy meds!
Because I'm still in school, those five star notebooks that have binder rings but are soft like a duotang
Prescription sunglasses have changed my life
Anit-fog spray for glasses when wearing a mask
I love seeing everyone else's list of things!
Ten things that improve my life in no order:
1. Perfume; Dior, BBW or Lush. The richness of the scents is gratifying and calming.
2. My Bibles; study bibles and Chumash in Hebrew. The study and meaning of the existentialism helps.
3. Lush faux fur blankets
4. Tempurpedic mattress topper
5. Journals, I have a lot of headspace to clean out. Journaling & flow of consciousness help me.
6. UA-cam, Lets face it: the free content, the music. I rely so much on youtube for everything.
7.Metroparks, I need trees and parks to level my city girl nature.
8.my roommate's cat, I need a fur baby.
9.Candles and Incense, they transform an environment
10. My thrifted wardrobe, I'm a clothes-horse. I feel so much better having nice thrifted clothes than not.
11. (I'm cheating) My water bottle, mason jars, and bamboo lunch kit; hydration and eco responsible!
Stay safe and sane Hannah!
Much love,
Megs
What a fun and important video! Appreciation for what we already have - things that uplift our quality of life - is key! :) Here are a few from my life:
Hugs to you, Joe, and Miss Sadie.
love! thank you for sharing!
My house is a chapstick house too 😄
thank you for prefacing the video with that little bit of wisdom Hannah, you did make me check myself! I love reading everyones top 10! :) okay, here goes:
1. my silver hoop earrings from Daisy London (they just elevate every outfit and catch the light beautifully)
2. the cotton billowy bloomer-style panties which my friends made for me! They are my comfiest pair. I'm at that stage in my life where I just cannot put up with synthetic, itchy, torturous clothes (or underwear) anymore
3. my benetint cheek stain- I'm very pale so I love giving myself a faux-sun burn/drunken flush type look
4. Aussie three min miracle conditioner (when my hair was half-dead from bleaching this saved it, I have virgin hair again now but I still swear by it)
5. access to podcasts! They make chores/tidying less mind-numbing (I love The Allusionist, about the origins of words/phrases)
6. as others have said, my book collection should really be top of this list
7. earl grey tea from The Teamakers of London and my bone china teacups from T2 (I'm British, so of course)
8. hair towel turban, no longer does my sodden hair soak all my t-shirts after a shower
9. Sally Hensen 'Shall we Dance', just gives an effortless french manicure vibe and never chips
10. my New Balance trainers, I've tried a lot of different brands and these never hurt my feet. It's like walking on a cloud. I can't believe I had to suffer SO MUCH torment before finding a pair of comfortable shoes.
wonderful!
Amen to never putting up with "synthetic, itchy torturous" clothes and undies ever again! This also saves me a wild amount of money, as so few garments are made of natural fibres nowadays.
Makeup aside, I can't live without my:
Bluetooth speaker (especially for my morning shower - a more powerful motivator to start my day than even coffee)
Big, tall windows letting in all the sun
My ginormous marble queen & jade pothos
Comfy desk chair (my 'makeup throne')
My chunky, grungy kickass work boots
Chunky, ancient, 12-pocket, many-a-time mended black cargo pants
Drop crotch harem pants with crop tops for lazy days
Plunge neckline strappy-back sports bra
Black Vogmask with respirator (because it pairs with eye makeup in a way that a surgical mask simply cannot)
Electra Amsterdam beach cruiser. It's big, heavy, and a comfortable but slow ride. A stampeding rhinoceros probably wouldn't leave a dent in it. When I bought it 10 years ago I had no idea what an amazing investment it would end up being.
Haven't watched through yet but THAT LIPSTICK!
I have to wear a mask for part of my day at work. I can’t live without essential oil drops on the inside of the mask. Lavender, lemon and sometimes eucalyptus.
I grew up calling the stovetop the top of the oven. I'm not ashamed. 😉
How about “Ten Things in Life That Make Me Happy.”
Be well.
thanks, Charli!
I could not live without my vionic mary janes. I could not live without my Mad Hippie vitamin C serum to name a few.
So I went to your channel to watch this video, which I have been saving for a time like this...
in case you are wondering about IF you should be creating or sharing during these protests (As a Black
Woman in your community)... may I please add my two cents...?
I didn't make it up, it's a Buddhist concept! Should have said that :)
Hi, fellow full-on trainwreck anxiety + panic disorder sufferer here (all against a backdrop of chronic depression - wahey!) and I appreciate you talking about this. Oof, that shame parade that follows/accompanies an attack is the worst.
Hi Hannah! 😻when u sang into your pot, totally something I would do.

My two cats - as well as being delightful companions, they are also tools for my survival
Really nourishing lip balm and hand moisturiser
Copper water bottle
Katya Zamolodchikova tour t-shirt emblazoned with beautiful artwork of her in black lingerie as a ridiculous, fabricated tarot card: "The Woman" - the softest, most uplifting thing to sleep in
My fine fragrance collection
Birckenstocks - the arch support is just bliss
Metal straw - perfect for DIY iced coffee and tea
UA-cam - lately especially Trixie Mattel's Full Coverage Fridays
Buffy The Vampire Slayer in my iTunes library - for emotional succour
Tales Of The Uncanny by by Václav Černý - this out-of-print collection of folks tales from around the world with eery, terrifying, gorgeous illustrations by Jaroslav Šerých has been my companion since childhood
Pet hair rollers, constantly applied to everything
These were the first things to spring to mind :)
6. Some BounceCurl hair products that I ordered (!!!)
I think that's all for now. :)
:)

Other people chewing is the WORST! No matter how much we love them....
Ten things that make life lovely:
1.Portable air conditioner--quieter and non-drippy as opposed to window units.
2. Laptop lap desk--playing on my pc for hours now
3.Clay masks--known this for years but masking once a week makes such a difference for my oily skin.
8. Silence--i knew I needed it but never has it become more clear that my ears just need a break from constant input
9.Yogurt--i used to eat a yogurt every day for lunch at work. I stopped doing that and my body reminded me that it makes my life infinitely more enjoyable.
10. A husband -- everyone needs a husband. They support you and you can relax knowing they are solid. A husband pillow is a wonderful thing. 😆
Oh boy, I'm trying to guess what things you will pick before you start. See how many match mine, pause.
Allergy meds
Food processor
Heat proof Tupperware
Sunscreen
Cozy socks
Lip balm
Insulated coffee mug
Filtered sunlight and fresh air

Here are my things:
Electric kettle
Kindle
Cloth napkins in happy colors
Okabashi flip flops, perfect summer house shoes
Caffeine eye serum from The Ordinary
Retinol (prescription, for my acne)
Glossier Balm Dot Com Lip Balm
Solitaire: Decked Out app
Cook Smarts (meal planning service)
Octopus Hoops from Puccoon Raccoon
Honorable mention to my knitting projects! I can't imagine not knitting, but I know I could live without my whole stash.
awesome!
I looked up Sloane and Tate, and it says they have closed!
Maybe just temporarily while the pandemic is ongoing?
My list is really just 2 things right now
1) my wide leg yoga pants.
Yes! Brand recommendations for both items??
@@claramilde the candle brand is wood wicks but it may be all one word, the candles themselves just have a WW logo on them. I know you can buy them at Yankee candle stores, because buying scented things online can be hit and miss.
The pants are a brand called all in motion, I got them at target.
Just an FYI, not getting any ads. Maybe check if youtube borked your monetization?
it's monetized, but YT has been pulling ads left and right. I think maybe there just aren't enough to go around right now. Thanks for looking out for me!
It is nice to show your belongings some love! Here is my list:
1. my little hair clips, idk where they are from, they are so old.
It has a little scissor that I use to cut any broken nails while I'm out and it has stopped me from biting my nails instead.
love
That lip color looks so pretty on you ❤ ❤
