Hi - while I am a huge WWII history fan, I have to tell you that the thing that most keeps me coming back is the great father and son interaction between you and Eagle Eyes. You are both fantastic, and it brings back fond memories of my own Dad. Thanks so much for all that you do!!
Thank you for the very kind words and we do have a fantastic time out there and so many memories we have created and shared. Thanks so much my friend :)
Love it when you guys go exploring these out of the way places, that reveal bunkers that are virtually untouched, with their white walls unmarked, and even the wooden slats still in place in the wall cut-outs and such. And the bunkers were definitely a surprise. Much more extensive than they appeared from the outside. Shame about all those mosquito's! One of my pet hates, those little beasties. Caught a glimpse of what you found, coming up in part 2, and cannot wait to see what you discovered! Thanks to you both for sharing this fascinating location, and, for pushing through those swarms of mosquito's! cheers to you both! Stay Safe (and bite free)!
yes these areas are so rare today and we really did not know what was all there. Part 2 is just AWESOME my friend and cant wait to share that with you :) Thanks from us.
Terrific maze of bunkers and tunnels! Plus no graffiti. Doesn’t get any better. Plus EE spotting the mg sites. He certainly earned his supper. So did the mosquitoes.
Crazy tunnel and amazing that the camo wires were still there near the trenches. I don't remember so much camo wire laying about. Rugged terrain once again, you two really take us into the wilderness to show us these things!! How did EE spot that entrance to that bunker?!?!? What an amazing underground complex! So interesting!! Looking forward to the next show!!
Another amazing adventure thanks for taking us out there I can hardly wait to see what you show us in part two I'll keep watching more videos to try to help out with the budget for the next adventure hope that you and your history hunting family are doing well and have a great week
It’s amazing how much WW2 history is hidden in the country side. I can’t imagine going to a location to find a bunker or military base and coming across things you weren’t expecting. The bunkers were a surprise to see them so large. It was a surprise to see all the broken bottles. I can imagine soldiers from both sides drinking the last of the beer or wine before having to leave the area and breaking the bottle as they finished them off. I think some kind company should send you guys some insect repellent to test for them. Can’t wait to see what else you found at this location.
Amazing all those smashed WWII German beer bottles in that one bunker. Amazing all the structures you were finding at that site especially since none was really visible from above with the overgrowth. Makes you wonder what the site looked like in WWII. Will be eagerly waiting for part 2!
Thank you for bring locations like this to us before there all covered up never to be seen, EE your such an awesome young man being able to spot these bunkers with them being so over grown on to part 2 can't wait to see your discovery's.
Another amazing location and explore!! It is so exciting to see these bunkers and fighting positions still there and in decent condition with no vandalism!! I can't wait to see what it is that you and Eagle Eyes find in the second part of this location!! Keep up the great work guys!!
We are often surprised on these explores and this tie you will in part 2 see that we did that BIGTIME there. We thank you for your very kind support and send our greetings from us :)
I'm always surprised and impressed by the tunnels and bunkers that appear to be in a forest. I have to remember when they were built it, it wasn't a forest it was a very strategic area . 😮
Yet another great site you have found, and so much there, untouched. Those beer bottles, looks like a great party was had😂EE finding that bunker periscope vent, great work young man. Looking forward to the next video from here. Stay safe and well my friends
Another great video, my friend. Walking by the hole in the ground is one thing: how did you miss the Panzer Dome? It's a very interesting place, great for us trolls to move into and live in. The short tunnel systems are actually a brilliant idea., allowing troops to move and not be spotted from the air. Awaiting the second part. The both of you stay safe and well out there.
That stone building with the beer bottles would make a good hunting cabin for someone. What amazes me is that so many of these structures are not reused. I know the stigma associated with them, but country folks tend to be practical and reuse things. Could the the damn mosquitoes lol. Good explore, and Eagle Eyes is well named!
Another well researched and interesting adventure HH & EE! We can’t wait for episode two of exploring this very interesting site. That ‘huge’ spider you encountered would be considered a baby here in Australia. Google ‘Australian funnel-web’ or ‘huntsman’ spiders if you want to see what we Aussies’ have to put up with. Regardless, it is an honour to experience these adventures alongside you and EE. Stay safe, and greetings from ‘Down Under’!
What an interesting location. Can't wait to see part 2. I can tell by your comments it will be fascinating. EE living up to his name by spotting the details in the background. Thank you for the tour. Have a great day and keep smiling my friends.
This seems to be a very interesting place. Loved that "stone" barracks(at least that is what I believed it was). Loved how they used the stone from the area. Sad on how some destroyed those bottles. Looking forward to part 2 and to see what that bunker is all about! Great find too EE on locating those "gun" turrents" in the ground!!! Thanks for taking us
What a great adventure, filled with surprises! Thank you for your excellent eyesight, Eagle Eyes, or we (including HH) would miss out on so many things!❤
As HH would say Holy Pancake! What a brilliiant discovery an astonishing complex of bunkers and tunnels.Incredible amount of wood features and loved the stone structure with the bottle bottoms reminded me of a hunting lodge. Also great to see no graffiti, the mosquitos and the remote location helps to deter vandals.Waitng with bated breath to see what you discovered in part 2.👍👍
I Love You guys!! Life has been wild! I miss yaw! I’m leaving tomorrow for my first family vacation in nine years! A four day trip to Sanitonio Texas to see the Alamo! I’m so excited!
