- We finally had the opportunity to head over to Black River Falls Trial system and there was a lot of skinny peddle involved. I could apricate the condition of the trails in that area. However, the trails are wide and flat. I almost felt like I was driving down a dirt road most of the day. We were able to find a little bit of variety throughout the day. which was a good thing. I will say any riding is good riding. We saw a bunch of wildlife and out down well over 100 miles during the ride. If you want a day of making miles, checking out the area, and get a chance to head over there, definitely go check it out. Also, during the weekends expect a lot of traffic so ride safe. Just got back from there. Nothing has changed. Planning next years rides, Dunbar is one of them.

Great trail system....but not maintained real good. The washboards occur a day after grooming because of the sand. Best days are Thur and Fri. Stay home on Sat and Sun. IMO....

What route did you take?
We parked by the truck stop in BRF and ran rhe Wilcat Loop which brings ya back to the main corridor. From there we headed up to Lake Arbtus and had lunch. Continues north almost to the Rock Dam trail system.
