I've been on a health journey myself for the last 9 months and one thing I do is drink the smoothie that you and Priscilla had used after you had covid. My dil was raised on Juice Plus! So my grandchildren have taken it since they were babes and they just chew the capsules. Great video. Can you estimate your monthly family expense for all of these products. We are huge Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar believers and take daily with a monthly cleanse. We are both approaching 70 and have been doing Braggs religiously for 30 years.and our health is excellent.

I started the de Christopher’s back in November when you first showed it. I have been having alot of shoulder pain on the right. Not sure what it is possible arthritis? My mom has it all over her body. I don’t want to get X-rays and all that so I pray for the lord to heal it and started those pill and it’s about 90%better. I work at a desk and computer alllllll day and I love to crochet so my shoulder pain was concerning. I also couldn’t lift my arm up for it to be even with my shoulder. It hurt to even lift it. The red light therapy may really help but of course I have no way of knowing that without just trying it. But it’s worth a try. Mom has specific issues with her bladder so we have been targeting help for that. We have a good doctor help out And tries to limit the drugs that we have had to use. Other than that, my sister would really be the person to talk to but I think I sure would recommend that you find a good doctor locally or someone that May be more naturally minded. I started the de Christopher’s back in November when you first showed it. I have been having alot of shoulder pain on the right. Not sure what it is possible arthritis? My mom has it all over her body. I don’t want to get X-rays and all that so I pray for the lord to heal it and started those pill and it’s about 90%better. I work at a desk and computer alllllll day and I love to crochet so my shoulder pain was concerning. I also couldn’t lift my arm up for it to be even with my shoulder. It hurt to even lift it. The red light therapy may really help but of course I have no way of knowing that without just trying it. But it’s worth a try.
Mom has specific issues with her bladder so we have been targeting help for that. We have a good doctor help out And tries to limit the drugs that we have had to use. Other than that, my sister would really be the person to talk to but I think I sure would recommend that you find a good doctor locally or someone that May be more naturally minded.
