It's really hard to resist to elektron, they are really the kings right now. You can add some other manufacturer gears around your elektron set up however x)!
I guess im asking randomly but does anyone know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb lost the login password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me
nice dawless set, pure proper phat sounds and samples also but I expect nothing less from elektron ;-) That white thing in front of you with the black round thing on a white pedal, is that a synth or more like a kind of dreadx effect? I'm very curious :-) p.s and again, a banger of a set, let me know when your in Belgium to hook you up for a gig or if ya need a guide in Antwerp, haha 🙂
I listened to your live, you are very good, you have talent, occasionally you can see complete artists on UA-cam. I don't know you but in my opinion you could easily do some live at some techno festival without envying any established artist
Super impressed by the cleanliness of the overall sound. Not muddy at all which I struggle with on a live set. Then again I'm using the A4 and Rytm directly into OT and 2 outs to soundcard. Do you find the mixer helps clean up the sound? Thx...lovely jam btw.
Love this, can't wait to listen in full when I get a chance. Do you use Blackhole as your main reverb for all 3 machines? I have an Eventide Space, but still finding Blackhole a bit too crazy as a main reverb.
great sounds! There is something wrong about a techno performer sitting motionless in a crisp shirt sipping tea though. The visuals sap the energy out of the mix for me lol !
Well I can´t watch guys dancing behind a desk at home, so I guess it´s a matter of taste. :) I just do what feels natural to do for me. But glad you like the sound!
@@MartinStuertzer fair play to you, and you're right.... some DJ's do look awkward dancing at home, there is a balance! I will concentrate on the audio thanks for the free download option
In previous video i’ve made huge mistake, i didn’t mention tea. So I’m here to make it up. Great mix and setup, really awesome kettle and i hope you have a really good tea that inspires you to make your favourite music. Also, high five to your cat, I hope he or she is not so hungry this time.
It has been a while but I think that the Digitakt was the master clock. The midi clock was routed to the Rytm, Analog Four and also the Timeline Delay. Each track was built with either the Digitakt or Analog Rytm with some additional material from the A4. This allowed me to play smooth transitions from one track to the other like in a DJ set (never played DJ sets but that´s how I think they do it, play one track on each deck!). The two effects (delay on the left, reverb on the right) were connected to the mackie mixer on send 1 and 2.
Nice Sound Martin, again. :) Could you please be so nice and explain your connections from the mackie to your two effect devices and the back way to the channel?
Using the Mackies' two auxiliary sends and returns. The sound is sent through the effects boxes then brought back in so you can dial in as much of each effect as you want on each channel with the Aux 1 and Aux 2 buttons on each strip.
I have been trying to find a mixer the would also allow to record the channels separately in Ableton. ( in case I make a big mixing mistake 😋 ) I found the Soundcraft singnature 12 MTK. But later I read that the EQ and effects are not part of the recording in Ableton, because those happen after sending the audio trough the interface. Are there any other options to solve this? Maybe a separate mixer and separate multi channel interface?
Hi Martin, really love what you do! These video's are really a big influence for me... Can you maybe tell me how you make the punchy kick on the rytm? Is it done with an 808 sample on top of synthesis? All the best!
Thank you! In this set I used both of the synth machine and samples for the kick drum on the AR. Sometimes only one of them, sometimes I am layering both.
@@MartinStuertzer And how do you make your transitions ? Do you use transition trick and mix in a new pattern or make transition kits on the rytm ? Thank you so much !
@@MartinStuertzer Thanks Martin, will check them out. Also, I just bought a Digitakt, - what other Elektron device would you suggest as a companion for the Digitakt? I am looking to do similar stuff as you (DAW-less). I have a large Eurorack setup and a Buchla clone system, just using a Keystep for keys..thanks.
The Analog Four has CV ins and outs for good integration with the Eurorack system. It´s a four track synthesizer with lots of possibilities for sequencer stuff or drum design.

xD!!! Well put. I've said it before myself, there's just something about Elektron that make their machines so appealing.

Hi, Any advice on playing long clips in loop and sync on digitakt. I'm planing to lunch my ableton clips in there . Thank you
Digitakt not the best for long clips. Limited RAM per project.

Hi! This is just filtered noise. I loaded a white noise sample into the digitakt and then put a fast closing envelope on the filter.
@@MartinStuertzer haha thank you, will try that !
is the kettle synced via midi?
yes. Analog Rytm is Master. The chain is Rytm > Digitakt > Analog Four > Strymon Timeline
