How I Make this DELICIOUS MINCE for the best LOADED Jacket Potato

Ingredients for mince (approx measurements)
•1 large or 4 small onions
•Handful of mushrooms
•400g mince
•salt
•1/2 tsp chilli flakes
•1 tsp paprika
•1 tbsp seasoning mix
•Handful frozen peas
•1 tbsp tomato puree
•Handful Fresh Coriander

Hi Sohbia, I have the very same chopper, like you say it is a life saver (be very careful with those blades, I cut two fingers last week when I was taking the lid off and it slipped!)
