You should come and visit Vienna -Austria - for a few days. You gonna love it... as I keep on watching: „the „kleiner Brauner“ means you can choose the amount of milk you like for your coffee“. Usually we don‘t do the whole amount. The Apfelstrudel should not be served with any liquid sauce. Just with powder sugar... you have to go to Styria in Austria as well. They have this very delicious „Backhendel“. Which is big pieces of chicken in bread crumbs - important are the whole pieces.. this is really delicious. You eat this with a potatosalad with lamb‘s lettuce and pumpkin seed oil - tastes like heaven...

Mark, my wife and I just got back to TN from a 3 country 2 week trip to Europe. Salzburg was in the middle of our trip and I followed your advice on the wiener schnitzel at Barenwirt. It was absolutely fantastic! Love following your adventures across the globe. Thank you.
I love Mark and his family. Starting at 8:34 he literally had me looking in my cabinet looking for pasta. His reactions are priceless especially when he really likes something his eyes go big as half dollars along with a right side head slant.....GO MARK!!!!!
My grandmother lives in Salzburg and is moving back to Finland so it will be nice to go to Salzburg in August to see her for 2 weeks. I’m so excited. These are the types of videos I like to watch to know what I’m going to visit! Thank you!
You have reminded me this beautiful city. Last year I was there. Nice to visit 2 countries by train. Beautiful countrysides Germany and Austria. Nice people as well.
I just love your Vlogs! I don't miss any of them.Your vlogs are so real with a personal touch. Wish you and your family success always. And love to Micah, he is adorable.
Good to see how joyous your food trip is, I've been to Salzburg several time I must say the town has own vibes, it make everything taste good. Love your channel.👍🏽
Every mode of transportation you take in any of your videos is so clean and so different than what is found in the states. Its almost like you are on a different planet.
The highlight of my two weeks in Austria was the Augustiner Brau garden. I never wanted to leave. And even before Augustiner was available in PA (weird alcohol import laws) I was paying to have it shipped from Austria every year for Oktoberfest. I also was lucky enough to get the free liter that is the last from the firkin/barrel (to go with the other several liters I drank). We stayed in the campground on the opposing hill and had the most gorgeous views every morning. Easily one of my fondest travel memories.
Hi, Mark: Thanks for this great video and for turning us on to a couple places we didn't have on our list. We were in Salzburg in July, had a cool, rainy day, and decided to check out Barenwirt as it was a good day for soup. We didn't have a reservation, but were able to get it. We had the soup and it was out of this world! Schnitzel was excellent, too. Didn't have room enough to have the käsespätzle, but I'm sure it was excellent. Will be sure to have it next time. Augustiner Brau was excellent, too. Lots of great food choices, and an excellent atmosphere on a summer night, with so many people enjoying the food, beer, and friendships. Thanks, again! Prost!
Dear Mark, Ying and Mika!! As I am following you for so long and as we have a lot of common in our names ( I am Markus from Wien), I am so happy that you are now in Austria!! Unfortunately we are also on holiday (going to Venice tomorrow ; would you like to join us??). Otherwise I would invite you to our home in Vienna. And please take all my respect for the Kingdom of Thailand, which I love sooo much. Phom raak mueng Thai maak maak. The Thai flag is always with me. Best regards!!

Hi wer bist du?
Dafür bekommsch meine kasnockn geschenkt
Mark, my wife and I just got back to TN from a 3 country 2 week trip to Europe. Salzburg was in the middle of our trip and I followed your advice on the wiener schnitzel at Barenwirt. It was absolutely fantastic! Love following your adventures across the globe. Thank you.
You make my sunday happy..
Do you think you'll ever do a video about traveling with Micah? Any tips or advice for parents traveling with little ones would be helpful!

Type "tips on traveling with kids" on google or buy a book from Barnes ✔️
I love Mark and his family. Starting at 8:34 he literally had me looking in my cabinet looking for pasta. His reactions are priceless especially when he really likes something his eyes go big as half dollars along with a right side head slant.....GO MARK!!!!!
My grandmother lives in Salzburg and is moving back to Finland so it will be nice to go to Salzburg in August to see her for 2 weeks. I’m so excited. These are the types of videos I like to watch to know what I’m going to visit! Thank you!
6:34 yes ;) Nobody in Austria eats white bread when we have so much better options
Micah bitting the table....training in the process
You have reminded me this beautiful city. Last year I was there. Nice to visit 2 countries by train. Beautiful countrysides Germany and Austria. Nice people as well.
It freaked me out when you poured the milk in to Espresso and didn't stir it
AlexInLeicester ocd?

He just didn't care much as he's not a big fan of putting milk&sugar into coffee
I just love your Vlogs! I don't miss any of them.Your vlogs are so real with a personal touch. Wish you and your family success always. And love to Micah, he is adorable.
Those ladies selling sausages and bread. I loved their smile and care for clients.

Good to see how joyous your food trip is, I've been to Salzburg several time I must say the town has own vibes, it make everything taste good. Love your channel.👍🏽
Micahs was the star guest of this episode :D
I totally live vicariously through you. Thank you for Sharing all of your journey's.
MY PERUVIAN BEST TENOR OF THE WORLD LIVES IN AUSTRIA IN VIENA BECAUSE HIS JOB AND BECAUSE AUSTRIA IS A VERY NICE COUNTRY.
Every mode of transportation you take in any of your videos is so clean and so different than what is found in the states. Its almost like you are on a different planet.
Netflix needs to sign you mark and give you a show.
Nice! I waited so long for a part in Austria!
7:02 Mark's son is on another level :p
Prost!
Man you have a life that looks awesome travelling around the world and different food all the time, excellent work sir
Ps
Your boy is really cute 😀
Love the Johnny Depp quote "Laugh as much you can breathe and love as long as you live" on the menu 3:36
