The precision line had small bezels like the XPS range for few years. I am finding the 5470 is getting closer to the edge, but could be my mind tricking me due to the smaller footprint this 5470 is.
Can u do some Avid and Premiere testing on this one maybe compare it to a macbook pro? i'm considering this laptop for video editing but i'm not amused by the fact you can only put an RTX A1000 in this one...
This one is hard so I will break it down to parts I like. 5470 for touch display, keyboard, trackpad, weight, feel much easier for docking stations and warranty. MacBook Pro 14 for speakers, webcam, io ports, battery life, performance when app is natively compatible in macos, MagSafe. I hope that can give my insight.
@Nicholas Lee, most of the Precision range is 3k and above mostly this is their top premium professional range. Not to scare you off but precisions could go all the way to 25k.
The laptop is not what a 10th anniversary edition deserved. Frugal port configuration, nonsensical port placement, unintuitive keyboard, poor camera .. not a very attractive deal.
Thank you! This is the laptop for me in 2022. Great unboxing.
Great Video. When will be the full review video release?
Here is part 1 of the review video @REVolution1724 ua-cam.com/video/KkYpWxghbf4/v-deo.html
Waiting for precision 7670
I am too =)
Interesting model and your unboxing. Waiting for the first look and review on the Precision 7770😊
Thanks for providing a so detailed review 👍
Cheers @jorgwei, the review of the laptop will come later this just first impression. I will reply back when the review video is up.
How Match Price
Is that one of the first Latitude or Precision models with small bezels around the screen?

thanks my next laptop ...
One premium laptop to be walking around with =).
Great first impressions! You know it must be special if it doesn’t come in a plain cardboard box 😂 looking forward to the full review!
Thanks @Michael, lol still a cardboard box but at least it isn't a generic cardboard box and they made some effort in the box looking posh =D.
Wow, you look familiar 🥸

I try it with davinci resolve which is more gpu hungry and this laptop is a beast. And it doesn’t get that hot. The fan you almost can’t hear it
@@presenceofeden2949 would you recommend this for editing? did you try 4K rendering? 😊
Wish one you prefer the Mac or the dell

Jesus Christ, this thing costs over 5k...
You always buy when discounted. Just bought a Precision 5570 for $3K
Great! Thanks.
(with RTX A2000 and OLED could be perfect:)
