I am also healing from vestibular issues, also had vision and vestibular rehab, and also am vitamin d deficient and anemic. It definitely has been a struggle the past couple years, the first year especially and very isolating and lonely when as you said, even those closest can't understand. I am very grateful to be about 70 percent better and I can honestly say, this has changed me as a person I am fearful of a relapse but a much more humble go with the flow type now because I do realize without our health we have nothing. Thank you for your videos!
You sound exactly like me and I’d say I’m about 70% better as well! And don’t fear going backwards... just live life as best as you can and I agree being thankful is huge ❤️
This made my cry with hope. I am a mom of a type 1 diabetic daughter with celiac. She believes God helped her discover that her brain fog are these migraines so we are hopeful that she can get the proper help now. She will talk to Dr..I am asking God to help me stay positive with everything..she finishes her Bachelors degree this year and she needs help with this so she can focus, etc. God bless you and will share this video with my family!!
I am thank you!!! Was a little rough there for a while though but yes praising God I feel so much better! I’ll always keep praying for you until this is gone 😃
Can you link the supplements you take? Do you still take vitamin E the week of your period? I bought magnesium glycinate from a health store, but my anxiety is so bad I am even afraid to take it. Because my symptoms are so bad, I worry things will somehow make it worse. 😭
I completely understand!! I was afraid to take supplements as well but I found out I had nothing to worry about. I started incorporating one at a time and now I take close to 10 a day and it’s helping 😊 CoQ10 Magnesium Vit. B, C, D Iron (because I’m deficient) Probiotic Adrenal Support I tried the Vit. E but did not continue with that one.

In order to have vestibular migraine you need to have attacks/episodes but it seems i just have persistent dizziness, rocking, light sensitivity and, occasional headaches.
I would recommend talking to your doctor/neuro about PPPD, and look into it yourself. I am going through Rehab for the same thing, as well as v. Migraine. It doesn't have to be an either/or diagnosis either. It could be some of both. I hope you are having success finding results and treatments that work.
Thank you! I am just starting DNRS program and I have a hard time to do the steps for one hour a day. Do you really need to be very strict with this technique? How it worked for you?
I totally understand! Yes I had a hard time getting the hour a day in as well but still thankful I learned what I did. I do believe you have to be strict with it. Even though I wasn't strict it still helped me catch my thoughts more and became more aware of what I was saying and doing in general.
