Good luck in your hotel endeavor and please keep up informed on the progress. I am inspired to get into commercial RE due to your videos. It's certainly a crazy time in the RE market, but I believe that there still are good deals to be had if you perform the due diligence.

Sounds like a good opportunity! You’ll find investors through networking at other real estate investment events or through working your network
How do you find these lending partners?
We made about 150 calls to lending partners. Best to find them online or through referrals
