It's a fun career, for sure. I'm partial to boutique brokerages, though you could certainly land with a national brokerage if that's what you're aiming for.
@@TylerCauble thanks for the reply! Would I call/email the brokerage to inquire about openings? Commercial brokers don't seem to have "how to join" laid out on their websites, as plainly as residential ones.
@@askme5855 yep - that's the best way. or take out the brokers for coffee / lunch and get to know them then ask. most commercial brokerages aren't always actively hiring because they don't need as many agents as a residential firm would to make money

We’re not using a project management software right now, though we’ve used Asana and Streak in the past. We use Outreach as our CRM
