You see the pattern when our government is in different countries trying to govern other regions it doesn't go or do well. Any type of positive reinforcement that goes on in black communities is met with government intervention and infiltration. If blacks were able to florius in their own communities with no systematic blockades it would far surpass any other ethic neighborhood and the US government knows this Black people must be kept stagnant at all Cost this is a government priority
