I have been listening for a week now and i can totally see improvements. School has been draining me lately and I’ve noticed that exams are more easy to study for and that i can concentrate a lot better since I started listening. My friendships have also improved, since I was having doubts about a friend of mine but now we’re on good terms again and it feels more refreshing. My skin has cleared a lot too, since i had a bad breakout and couldn’t get rid of it no matter what. In general I feel more energized and productive than regularly.
