I really don't usually comment on sub videos exposing my results but I feel like I should do for this one so apparantly I've been listening to so many glow up subliminal before trying this one out and trust me or not none of the subliminal that I had listened before this one did something at all. I find that when I wash my face and apply moisturizer before bed, as well as drink a lot of water before bed and apply a thick layer of chapstick to my lips before bed I wake up looking radiant. Sometimes I also use an ice pack under my eyes in the morning for 10 mins.

Don't give up... it can take between 21-40 days to change a belief... I feel like you do and I'm working on releasing alot of trauma and negative stuff from since childhood, that have contributed to my low esteem and worthiness....
Try also, if not already, also listening to binaural sounds to help change your brainwave patterns that keep you stuck in that negative self belief system.
If you've felt this way a lifetime, it's not just going to change after a few days of affirmations. Keep the faith. Keep going. Let go of the attachment to the outcome because that causes resistance.
