    Awesome strength workout again! I prefer this than going between standing and down to the mat, even though the squat jumps were quite brutal. Thank you!

    This was an EXCELLENT workout! Thank you, P.J. I do my workouts faithfully at 5:30 a.m. every morning. With all of the daily walking, bike riding & stair climbing ( at train stations) The squats were great. Legs were tired while doing them, but definitely NOT shaking! I kept going at the times you had stopped. I jumped high & was even able to touch the floor flat with my hands! Thanks all to YOU PJ.!!!! If anyone wants a good workout, come to Tokyo / Yokohama & climb stairs. Walk. Ride a bike! Michele in Yokohama, Japan💝🤎💜💙💚💛🐧

    I loved this one! Didn't find the squats all that bad!! I definitely do all my workouts first thing in the morning as I have always been a morning person! Also, 40 degrees centigrade equals 104 degrees F.

    First workout after a 2 week holiday where I did nothing. This was perfect to get back into the swing of things again! I always love when you combine cardio and weights!

    Another sweaty cardio session. I mixed in some squat-alternating kicks to take a break from the squat jumps, but then I pushed through and did squat jumps for all three sets of the final round. I've always exercised in the morning. I get too sweaty to work-out mid-day, and don't have time for another shower. Saw the promo for the 12-Days-of-Christmas - excited for my first challenge as a Patreon member! 😃

    I work out mid-morning or afternoon. Alternating squat jumps and heel lifts was a brilliant suggestion! I did all squat jumps in the last round, just because I could! Thanks for everything you do to make these workouts happen! 👏 👏 👏 ❤️

      Side note...we were getting a storm here in Ontario, during the last round my Internet went out. I finished and did my own cool down. Then my internet came back on....I did the same cool down PJ did during the workout!

    Just finished this w/o. LOVED IT! I used 5 lb weights, should have started with 7! Next time! This is my 4th w/o with PJ. Missed working out yesterday. Gonna look for the 21 day challenge and hold myself accountable. YEAH!

    Thanks PJ! I really love and appreciate the variety in yours workouts!! I usually get annoyed by trainers yelling to the camera at me, but i love your style and your personality!! 😁I’m here in Colorado and it’s -10 F in December at 5 am!!

    Wow! To say that was intense would be putting it mildly! Of course I just HAD to go heavier with the weights for the lower body moves and used 15's for the lunges and deadlifts ;) I think I'll be feeling this one tomorrow- definitely going to need that stretch session! Thanks for helping me to push just a bit more PJ- I'm continually amazed at what my body is able to do!

    Had to break 4 days of the 21 day challenge for a PETscan. 9 years and counting Living Life with MBC. I'm down to one Rx and a bevy of life fulfilling supplements. After 85 chemo infusions Im now Port-free, chemo-free, and only one lymph node sparking up - onc says likely due to inflammation. 🎉 Oh we'll turn that one off next! It feels super good to sweat out that radioactive elixir and get back to the 21 day challenge. This was a tough one but I hung in there and you were right PJ, Im still at it after the super stretches at the end. Hugs & happiness🎉

    Enjoyed the workout. I did the whole workout including all squats. I did substitute bridge lifts for lunges in 2 rounds. i also roll out of bed and start exercising.

    Really great one. I don't mind squat jumps! My lower body is a lot tougher than my upper body. So happy I pushed play today!

    I liked the moves and the pacing. I usually vary the moves between regular and modified forms for even more variety. I liked the squat with the heel lift. Thank you for sharing this.

    saving my knees, so I did squat jumps half the time - and jumping jacks the other half (more cardio for me too)

    Doing the calendar, and this lovely workout came up today. So it was a balmy 45° F. here in Indiana, after frigid weather last week. Had to laugh, because I went through the 21 day with you this summer, and it was warm then too! 😄

    2nd time thru 21 day challenge
    Started w 8s but ended w 12s for all but bicep/shoulder move. Due to knee issues, did weighted bridge so was able to squat-jump through all.

    Awesome! I thought we were never going to finish the jump-squats😰😊😆. I appreciate the way you organize these w/o. Every w/o hits every muscle in the body! I wouldn't do as good a job you do at making out my own w/o schedule, you do a fantastic job! I'm also a person who loves to w/o in the evenings, I'm just not a morn person! You were joking when we were getting ready to stretch, about starting the w/o.. over, 😆 I said to my self, 'I don't think so, you'll have to do them without me.😄 I'll catch you on the next one," (#15)😅😅😄😄.     Is it better to do more reps that are 'easier' or less reps with added difficulty? For example, I can put my knee on the floor for the lunge, but I have to go slower so I end up with fewer reps. Thanks!

    PJ thanks for all that you do for us over 40/50/60 crowd. Does it make sense if trying to build bone to use heavier weights and do a smaller split back lunge rather than a lighter weights and a deeper lunge?
