Sc6 is close, but your character is still vaguely humanoid (or a lizard guy). Some of the SF6…entities are horror movie monsters given form. The eldrich beyond given life.

I just noticed something, the mainline Street Fighter games with even numbers get bigger success than the odd numbered ones (and before you say, street fighter III was not a big success when it got released).

I'd say no one in SF6 is super difficult in terms of execution rather the characters have a lot of depth to experiment with. Jamie is no different, rather he rewards a lot of awareness with his pressure and hitconfirms.
