I've been there for 2 years and what you're saying is true. There is a lot of sitting and mishaps in communication. I'm not happy with trucking right now because they own your life for 70hrs per week but if they only need you for 40 it's' not like you can go get a part time job. Companies need to guarantee a certain pay to OTR drivers. We are not in our beds each night so we should be accommodated. I guess you can tell I've had a bad week.
If u say it has or is currently going down hill. I don't think no one wants to take a chance or waste there time doing that. That's usually the problem. HONESTY! If you have information and know the truth express and let the world know so they won't make the same mistakes.
I am currently with TLI. I’ve been driving with them for a month now. I am on the GP account. The problem I am having is with dispatch. I didn’t get enough miles last week so this check is short. Yesterday I was stuck in Louisiana waiting for a load. They are basically only communicating through the driver app.
Sorry to hear that! Pretty much everyone I know there has this same problem. Sounds like to me the driver app won’t help this particular issue. Sometimes you need immediate assistance and you just never get it there. Hope all gets better for you.
@@MusicalTrucker89 Thank you man. I hope so too I don’t plan on staying with them long. It’s crazy they don’t want us to call them at all only email or message them through the driver app.
@@Rashad_kennedy91 is that right? I actually applied to them not too long ago. That is definitely a problem, if you can’t get a hold of anyone. What if it is an emergency. I just left a company for that reason among others
Hey Musical Trucker i am reaching out because i am having that same battle right now as i have applied to TLI already they have been reaching out to me and i dont know exactly what true answer to give do you have an email or another form of communication that I can chat with you directly because you have done nothing but motivate me to get out there and get it

@@ABoogiexNoHoodie Yes it’s correct. The communication is horrible with this company.

Bruh. When i was there it was great. I remember when Zac started lol. He come a long way. It was good people then. Heard alot has changed
Yea man! ZAC is that guy over there now
Just started with them, dispatch is quite lacking in the dispatching or communications department.
Yes dispatch has definitely fallen off a bit since I started with them in 2020

I’m not sure about the LP trucks but the company trucks do.

Teams are running as if they are solo drivers. Average around 2,300 to 3,000 miles a week. Super Solo at best
Wow! Sad

Do they have broker loads?
I'm not sure now. They did when I was there but that was over a year ago
By far the worst company ever to drive for there turn over rate is high and I’ll tell anybody don’t go with them
And from what I hear it’s getting worse
@@MusicalTrucker89 it is I’m bout to leave running
Y’all must be solo drivers

Hey so sorry for the late response. Yes I have other means of communication. Are you still in need of advice?
