I think Jeffrey was equally guilty. The confession tape seemed to be orchestrated not by Joey but by Jeffrey and it seemed like Jeffrey was the manipulator in the relationship. Even though Joey said he was holding a gun to Jeffrey, you can see he looks up in fear of Jeffrey who wrote that line for him. It just doesn't add up and I don't believe the police got both killers.

Jeff denied it until he failed a polygraph. Then he blamed Joey. That's a bit sketchy. Very strange case. Only those two will ever know the full truth.
In that situation, you want to be the first to talk, regardless of how bad the truth is.
I agree! It seemed to me exactly what Joey said was true about Jeffrey being the golden child and could get away with it. It's very possible. And the way he was looking at him looked weird af. Why would any of that happen. It is all so bizarre and I can't tell who is actually telling the truth.
He looked scared in the video. Like he was forced to do it?? I don't know I did not get the impression that he was confidently doing that.

Jeff denied it until he failed a polygraph. Then he blamed Joey. That's a bit sketchy. Very strange case. Only those two will ever know the full truth.
In that situation, you want to be the first to talk, regardless of how bad the truth is.
