@@tyger4186 you can actually take all 6 with 1 attack ! Blow-up a dusk on a benched luminion or squaq, ohko the active and place the 6dmg counters on the damaged 2-prizer
No, you want a V to combo with Forest Seal stone. If no rotom, use cleffa or play an Entei V (usually paired with magma basin). Squawk is too inconsistent and aggressive. Zard is better if you play passively.
In my humble opinion, I’m starting to think Grand Tree build may help more due to De Evolution running around. However, my question (since I’m new to TCG) is how to combat De Evol when running unfair stamp?
Either don't evolve into too many stage 2s at once so it's less devastating or evolve via Charmeleon, which itself can't be devolved and if you go via Charmeleon into Zard theyll only turn you back into the stage 1
@Jack Thank You! Never read Devolution correctly. As I understand now (as you pointed out) Charmeleon can’t be knocked down to Charmander since Charizard is the highest stage evolution?
@@danielm4949 Yes, Devolution only removes the highest stage evolution, so a Charizard that has been evolved through Charmeleon will be a Charmeleon after Devolution, which means you can play Charizard again. Charmeleon is very good against Devolution because if you have it on the bench when the use it then the Charmeleon itself will not be removed even when it is currently the highest stage evolution on that Pokémon because of its ability that makes it immune to effects of attack.
At 28:14 why didn't you just use ultra ball to get dusclops and pidgeot to get brair so tha ohko ogerpon and dusclops kill slither wing would get your 4 prize cards?
Briar only works when doing damage with a Tera Pokémon so it would not have worked with Radiant Charizard and there was no way to play Dusclops, Briar *and* Charizard ex at that turn.
I feel bad for that other zard player bricking so hard then having to sit through 20 minute slog 💀💀💀
I like the grand tree build a lot. Makes evolving pidgeot and duskull so ez. Then you can just raw dog 4 candy zards and not feel bad.
Would you still consider a cancelling cologne just in case you have to deal with a cornerstone ogerpon?
The last play didn’t even need the counter catcher. Radzard with defiance doing 280 plus 50 from duclops KOs char ex
The bird needed to go xD
Your thumbnail is actually accurate, Briar is indeed broken, specially in Dragapult where you gan take extra prizes on the bench 🤦🏻♂️😂
You could(although difficult) take a max of 5 prizes from one attack😂

@@tyger4186 I did a 6 prize turn against Lugia. Played Briar, KO on the active Lugia Vstar, then knocked out an Archeops and a Lugia V on the bench
Briar does not give additional prize cards for benched Pokémon KO’s. Only the active Pokémon.
Briar only applies extra prize cards for knockouts achieved with damage, not damage counters or effects of attacks/abilities
Into was dope
Thank you ⚡
What the hell do you do against iron thorns?
5 energy is just not enough. It hurts in the late game not having the extra energies. Allows the slower decks beat zard in the grind game.
What would you pull out in favor of a 6th energy? Would you throw a dte in there or another 🔥?
@@codycooper9293I have to say 1 nest ball or an ultra ball. Preference at that point.
@@TheZoOmVerSeTCG thanks new to playing tcg live and trying to figure out what deck to start working towards
The deck that works good like zard but its much more easy to get out of bricks is Dragapult
i dont have enough credits to buy rotomV, is sqwuakibily a good enough replacement for it?

Try luminion with a forest seal for now
Without rotom its a brick
I use 1 double turbo energy instead of 1 charmender
i am looking at this decklist, but i want 6 energy since i am not that tight of an energy player. What should i swap out?
That's what I was just wondering myself

Damn you thinking to much and your play is not optimal at all. It's irritating.
