As someone who has anxiety and had gone through rough times in my life, this had a huge impact on me. A lot of the time I feel down about myself, and the anxiety can even trigger weeks of depression. When I found out I'm queer almost two years ago my anxiety worsened, since I live in a conservative home. Now I'm a proud pansexual and agender person. This song and video really spoke to me. First of all, LOVE your voice and music.
5-6 weeks ago Ive finally cameout to my family and the very few friends I had. I didnt have much friends because I didnt let myself to let anybody get close to me, just the few. But all said, I was rejected by both. Homeless now for 5-6weeks. Luckily I have my phone to go around for free wifi. My thoughts were at its darkest thinking of selfharm and eventually suicide... until I have discovered your music.
It has inspired me to be myself and not be miserable. I listen to your music when I feel those dark thoughts trying to come back. Listening to your music makes them go away and brings happiness within. I have positive outlooks for my future while I listen.. Ive tried going to shelters and others but I wasnt eligible for some odd reason. Because I wasnt "dressed" as a homeless. But every negative thought drifts off while your music is playing to my ears.
