I love it how throughout the whole video he's got his eyes closed under water. And then by the end of the video, when he gets the courage, he finally opens them just when he says "Open up your eyes" .. beautiful.

I love this song. I think Eli has such a powerful sound even though his voice is more suited for softer songs. His message comes across with the power he needs to make his point. He's such a great talent and this song should be on the radio.

I was fortunate enough to see him live at a loft concert in Des Moines. FANTASTIC! And the two things that impressed me most: 1) He sounds JUST THE SAME LIVE; and, 2) What a personable and very genuine guy. He even went dancing with a group of us after the concert at a local club. SUPER TALENTED and still an Iowa guy at heart. LOVE IT!

It took me a while to really take to this song. I think perhaps I was expecting something different because of the title. The dark tone of the song surprised me. In any case at this point I really love this song. I love the surreal quality and the feeling of being in the place of peace and at the same time yearning for more. It's grown on me and now I like it almost as much as "Young Love." Thanks for being you, Eli and for sharing so much of yourself with the world and with your fans.
