Sourdough starter love the temperature of 76-78 degrees Fahrenheit. Might want to try storing it in the stove with the light on. Summer season is also a good time to start sourdough yeast
I tried it and my oven gets too warm with the light. I thought I killed it 🥲

Our Walmart order continues to leave out things that were supposed to be in the order. This last trip $50 worth and when we try to call there no manager will ever get in the phone. He had to drive over there.
