I'm taking the top layer of crappy soil off my backyard tomorrow! Keen for a big overhaul and getting irrigation installed before laying good soil and couch seed. Wish me luck, I'm taking all your tips on board
Thanks for the great content. I’ll definitely consider the soil test with Emma. My PH levels are quite low on my front lawn. Also keen to see a video or series on the new garden you’re building
I've got Zoysia in Sydney and for all its benefits over buffalo and couch, it's biggest drawback is that its probably the slowest growing summer grass you could buy for my area. If you go heavy on a reno be prepared for it to take an entire season to fully recover.
Was super worried doing a friends tiftuf reno, was forecast plenty of rain north Brisbane then it held off two days so had to water it manually to ensure it didn't die 😬. But we're 3 weeks on and it's back and pumping!
How do you find the solid roller (It looks like you have a solid roller)? Wanting to get a new mow master, have an alroh with a split roller. Property is relatively square, wondering if I save $ and steer away from a split roller?
Hey mate. Love your videos and helpful tips. I'm a week into my Kik reno (nth suburbs Melbourne) and it's bouncing back nicely. I've been watering once a day maybe a bit too heavy with occasional pooling in some areas. Do you suggest I back off a bit? Watered twice yesterday as it was hot. Granular fert was in mid Oct and liquids on day of reno 7th Nov. Anything else I should feed it or not yet?

Love that!!
Would be great to see footage on the feature garden area build. A time lapse or short vid updates.
Sounds good mate!

I've got a split rear roller mate
Awesome video mate, any tips on removal / replanting a lemon tree?
Cut back branches heavily, try not to damage main roots, organics into new hole and water regularly

Sounds solid with the fert you've got down mate! Definitely don't want pooling and don't stress about heat, kik LOVES it, does more good than harm
Would be good to see videos on the fire pit area
Coming right up!
😂😂😂 can relate to mowing when the family is happy
Gotta take advantage haha
If you water the lawn in the hot sun, does that burn the grass? Because that what i did, i just want to know if that allowed or not?
Won't burn just lose more to evaporation
Great video, how's your vege patch ?
It's going really well!!
Where is the rye overseed video??
March last year mate
