Ribble Steam Railway Autumn Gala 2023

In this video I visit the Ribble Steam Railway & Museum for the first time, for there Autumn Steam Gala! We have a look at some of the steam locomotives in operation, a look round the museum, a tour of the workshop and even take a ride on the railway.
The Ribble Steam Railway runs on the last parts of the Preston Dock Railway, which is still connected to the mainline as the railway still serves a bitumen refinery. Really enjoyed my visit to the railway, worth every penny!

As it’s my closest local standard gauge preserved railway, this is my first time I’ve visited it… worth every penny!! It was a bit damp, but it made the steam a lot more steamy! Definitely going back at soon!
