- A great day spent at Ribble Steam Railways Steam Gala.
Four locos were running the services in T & T formation, including, Britain's oldest working STANDARD gauge steam loco ( no.20 ), built in 1863.

Great to watch Phil. It is a lovely railway, did it last year with my youngest grandson.
Thanks Philip. Certainly is! I did wonder if you would have been there on Sunday
You had a busy weekend. I have not been to this line yet. I have seen a few videos here and it looks interesting, especially if No 20 is running. Good to see the trains looked quite busy
Yes a nicer day on the Sunday too! No. 20 looks great! Worth a visit, and an interesting museum there too, video soon .
Excellent video again. Went all the way there from Essex 2 years ago to see the Railbus only to find it not running.
Still I was offered a complete tour of the stored locomotives.
Always looking out for your videos as you do get about 😊
Many thanks. Glad you enjoy my videos.😀. Shame about the railbus, but the volunteers are very friendly and keen to help.👍

Blue Peter is extending her stay at the Severn Valley Railway for the spring steam gala but she’s gonna be on display at Kidderminster before she goes back to Crewe
Be good to see
The Little Train that could
And it did 😃👍
Nice to see the RSR getting some long-overdue publicity. Shame you didn't show a quick look around the museum that is adjacent to the station - you have to pass through it to get to the platform!
Yes, good to publicise the smaller railways.
Don't worry I did have a look round the museum, look out for the separate video of it soon 😀
Bagnall 2860, NOT Babnall! 🙄🤣
Saw that typo! 🙂
@@hamshackleton funny how I notice them after I have edited and uploaded the video 😂
@@philclarke3203 - Yes, I know. I have a lot of books in print on Amazon, and I still see typo's years after I have corrected the corrections! Don't bother looking, I used a different pseudonym on there!
