THE EXTERNAL USE ....
Take 10 to 12 guava leaf ....
boil with two glass water....
After 10min The green leaf colour change like a light brown colour...also change the water light brown ....
Of the flame and rest the drink to cool
Filter and use after the juice in your scalp and hair
The best result in rainy season ....very effective tip for rainy season issues
Dandruff , scalp infection,scalp fungus
It's strengthen hair and hair roots ... clear dry hair ....dry scalp.....we get shiny and smooth hair
THE INTERNAL USE..
Take 2 glass water....( plane row water or look warm water)
add 10 guava leaves in to this water
rest one night
take this drink morning drink in empty stomach
The guava leaf have lot of herbs to support hair & scalp
This leaves contain vitamin B biotin it's support hair growth internally...
Strengthen hair roots.....

She’s talking about guava fruit leaves. You can drink as well as apply on your hair. Boil water & add the guava leaves to it. The color of the leaves changes to yellow. Once it cools down, apply the water to your hair. It gives good shining to your hair & also removes dandruff’s. Before doing all these, untangle your hair with fingers & then with comb. She uses an oil name “neelabringadhi oil” & washes with shampoo. She’s also showing the plant. Eating guava fruit is good for skin too. Also apply onion juice to reduce hair fall. She’s saying not to tie hair very tight in the night. Wash the guava leaves nicely before use.
